He felt like he walked for an hour before he ended up right back where he started. He glared at the up anywhere sign. He was entirely prepared to end up back at one of the previous signs, but when he finally found one it was a sign he'd never seen. It proclaimed 'everywhere'. Did that mean he was done? Byakko walked down the path before coming across a sign. He raised an eyebrow at the fact that all it read was 'You are here'. He shrugged then walked in the direction it was pointing. It was kind of weird to have a sign in a forest just randomly saying 'You are here' but then it would be a perfect fit for the Wonderland theme he supposed. He kept walking along, dodging tree limbs, roots and random stones alike. It didn't seem like the path the 'You are here' was pointing at was very well taken care of. That made Byakko wonder if there even were people who took care of the pathways. Of course it was a mmo rpg dream so who knows. Finally he came to the next sign, this time it read 'There'. Weird but no more then the rest of how this dream had been. He walked in the direction the sign was pointing after a moment. This time the path was less of a dodging exercise and more of a walk in the park. Byakko spotted many flowers, insects, and mushrooms along with the normal trees and bushes. And then he got to the next sign, one that read 'Up anywhere'. He blinked at in in surprise, looked around then picked a random direction to continue in. How was he supposed to go up? He didn't have wings and from what he saw, even players with wings couldn't fly in the dream so that sort of made that impossible right? And said random direction he had taken from the 'Up anywhere' sign ended with him being back at the 'Here' sign. He shook his head and followed the pathway the sign pointed to. He guessed he must have just taken a wrong turn, not that it would have been hard since he had picked out of randomness he supposed. But then how was he supposed to pick the right direction? Was there some kind of hidden clue he had missed at the 'up anywhere' sign? He would have to look and see just in case. Once again the pathway took him to the 'There' sign and Byakko was quick to follow the next pointed path. He wasn't worried about getting lost of this path at least since it did give him directions on where to go. The pathway was just as relaxing as he remembered it so he was able to look around at the flowers again and not have to dodge any random branches or worry about tripping over some random rocks in the path. Once he got back to the 'Up Anywhere' sign, Byakko looked around for any signs that he might have missed the first time he was there. He looked at the trees, he looked at the rocks, he looked at the grass and in the bushes, but he still didn't find anything that might give him better direction. Finally he picked a different random direction then the last time and started walking. He hopped that he would have better luck this time around with finding his way. Finally Byakko found himself at a sign that read 'Everywhere'. Was that the end of the forest then? Or was there more to it? He looked around but there didn't seem to be any more pathways for him to follow, hidden or other wise. He sat down next to the sign with a huff, planning to take a break for a bit. While taking a break he relaxed enough that he almost jumped when a tree spoke up to him. He looked at it in surprise as it gave him some loot then told him where to go to get out of the forest.
