Kentoy sat down in the waiting area of the Infirmary. Where had Ayu gone now? Ever since she woke up she has been acting weird. He scratched the back of his head. She acted like she had forgotten their feelings toward each other. Does she know how worried I am about her? Biting his lower lip, he waited for her. Knowing Ayu, she'll eventually come to the Infirmary. It was inevitable. Like a bee to a flower. And when she does, Kentoy's going to give her a piece of his mind.

"Just because I'm pretty......  Ayu finally arrived at the infirmary. She propped her hand against the door, that liquor really drives her nuts! As soon as she went inside. Her eyes sighted on Kentoy standing as if he's waiting for someone.
She smiled at him followed by a hiccuped. "Kentoy.. what brings you here? If you'e looking for Ruby.. She's probably not here" She approached him and pat his shoulder, then goes directly to her bed. Maybe having a good night rest may ease her headache. ....doesn't mean that I'm happy!"

Here she comes. Kentoy stared at her as she walks in the Infirmary. Just as I thought, she'll be coming in the Infirmary. It's just the way she is. Even though he was mad at her for not even visiting him or even looking for him, he still can't stop himself from smiling when he saw her face. You can't stay mad at a person you love for long.
"Ruby? Why would I be looking for Ruby? I was looking for you Ayu." She looked like she had been drinking and strongly smelled of liquor. He followed her to her bed. "Ayu I'm really worried about you. You don't seem yourself.. I miss us.." He told her, his voice quivering. Even tho he tried to keep the pain hidden inside, he voice gave it away.

"Just because I'm pretty...... Ayu sat on her bed... While Kentoy followed her, she looked at him plainly.. "I'm sorry if I worried you too much... I saw you hugging Ruby the other time." She smiled while her feet sway. "How's it going for the both of you? You looked good together." She hiccuped again.
Somehow, Ayu's wondering... Why Kentoy is saying weird things about them... About the two of us.... ....doesn't mean that I'm happy!"

He blushed. She saw that? It was just a big understanding.. Is she jealous? "I just needed comforting back there.." He started to explain. "Ruby was cheering me up. You'll hug a friend won't you?"
Kentoy couldn't keep it shelved away inside his mind anymore. He asked the question he was dying to ask. "Ayu, do you remember us? Our love for each other?" He grabbed her face with both of his hands, looking into her eyes. Looking for any sign of recognition. Of any sign of his Ayu. Of any sign that the love that they shared was not a dream but a reality.
But looking in her eyes, he saw his reflection. A boy looked back at him, his face confused and there were tears flowing down his face. He looked insane. Am I that handsome? he thought. No I got to keep my head focused. What's that yellow crap on my front teeth? No wonder Ayu doesn't want to remember me.

"Just because I'm pretty...... Ayu felt Kentoy holding her cheeks while he stared deeply into her eyes.. She kept herself locked on those deep vivid brown eyes of his. Deeper and deeper...
Beyond her thoughts.. Ayu saw something from that brown eyes.. His soul.. not just soul... Suddenly she's starts to see things.. Back at the cafe shop.. She can see herself standing while holding a tray of treats facing Kentoy.. Then back at the tea shop.. Pictures flashes as the vision goes by... Ayu eyes' widened.. Have she really forgotten something?
It stopped.. When Kentoy's eyes were filled with tears.. Ayu started to panic.. Her brows crinkled while her finger reach for those tears and wipe it away.. She feels really bad... "Kentoy...."
She forgot something? about him? ....doesn't mean that I'm happy!"

Kentoy held back the tears. He held her wrist and his own. Both their bracelets glistens together where both their names were carved. "Don't you recognize our bracelets?" He asked, desperately trying to convince Ayu. "Explain to me why we have these? Try to remember Ayu." Kentoy pleaded. He almost kneeled and begged her.
Why can't she remember? Was their relationship that easy to forget? he thought sadly.

"Just because I'm pretty...... Her eyes widened. Looking at those bracelets.. Indeed they were related with each other. She looked back at Kentoy, confused..She can't remembered anything.. How come she can't recall him as someone important for her...
Just then, another vision came right through her.. She saw herself crying at the forest after seeing him and Ruby... And at the ball.. calling out for his name..
Ayu grasp her bangs.. Why? she's having a terrible headache now.. Tears starts to fall from her eyes.. "I... I.... did forget something.." ....doesn't mean that I'm happy!"

Kentoy's heart had a soft spot for people crying. Especially the person he loved most, Ayu. As soon as her tears began to fall he threw himself and hugged her. It was automatic. He had to comfort her. He began to pat her at the back. "It's okay Ayu.. It isn't your fault.." He cooed, kissing her forehead.
Still the question remained in his mind. Why had Ayu forgotten him? Maybe Timothy had abducted her yet again and brainwashed her. His fist tightened into a ball. I knew it, Timothy's an alien. Gotta give him a nice knuckle sandwich when I see him.

"Just because I'm pretty...... Kentoy hugged her tightly.. Still her tears are falling from her eyes. Soon as she felt him kissed her forehead, Ayu buried her face against his shoulder.. Why can she forget about him?.. Ever since she woke up from that laboratory. There's something wrong about her..
Ayu hugged Kentoy back.. "I'm sorry.. If I forget..." She doesn't know how to supress his feeling. Somehow, she understand how it feels to be rejected.. But she's inlove with someone else? The person who danced her at the Seashell beach... Exchanged their vows and sealed it with a kiss is no other than Storm.. right? He's her lover.. But what about these bracelets? Is it really him? not Storm?..."Kentoy.." She pushed him gently.. He needs to know something about her.. So she can tolerate the pain now from being rejected.. "I'm not a human...I'm a demon..."
Just what have happened earlier... Kentoy will definitely avoid her for sure... ....doesn't mean that I'm happy!"

Kentoy's heart fell. "A-A demon? So are you bad? A succubus? Are you seducing me?" He shot his prejudices at her. He shielded himself with his hands as if waiting for an attack. "B-But.. You don't seem like a demon. Your Ayu.. My Ayu.." His hands slowly fell. Looking at Ayu, she seemed the same. The cute little, innocent girl that she had always been. "I don't care if your the Devil's Daughter Ayu. I'm still in love with you, and nothing you'll ever say would change that." He embraced her tightly. Looking at his bracelet, which had Ayu's name on it. Maybe it was just the trick of the light, but it seemed that the words danced for him..

"Just because I'm pretty...... "I'm just a plain demon.. Way too different than a succubus and I'm not seducing you.." She pouted her lips.. Just as expected, he'll stay away from her.. But then, instead of pushing her away.. Kentoy suddenly hugged her, telling those sweet words that usually resounds in her head..
"Though.. We're different? You're still accepting me?..." She doesn't know what to do.. She should really make sure that she's isn't dreaming.. Someone finally understands her.

"Plain Demon? Are you sure? Coz you look like your seducing me right now. " Kentoy said, holding his chin and looking at her from head to toe, with mock seriousness. Looking at her pouted lips he gave in. Throwing up his hand in the air in protest. "I'm just kidding Ayu!"
He looked at Ayu like she was offering him a baby's bottle. "Did you seriously think that I won't be accepting you just because your a demon?" He laughed until his eyes watered. "I couldn't even live a day without seeing you. How would I ever live without you shining in my life?" He held her hand, looking at her eyes. "Didn't you just listen to what I said? I told you, I'm in love with you and nothing you'll ever, ever, EVER say would change that. Even if you grow fat I'll still love you. Well.. probably.." Giving the thought a thought. 'Giving a thought a thought'?
