I only wonder how Danika is ever going to handle a council meeting after this. I mean, it's not like much of this is going to be received well by them, willingly submitting to the dark side and all. Redemption may be sought, but I would doubt she'd ever leave the Core again...

She hasn't submitted to the Dark Side exactly. She's still a Light Side Jedi, but Cinn's breaking her will. He's crushed her spirit enough to convince her that trying to defy him or escape is futile, and she's only helping him in an attempt to spare the lives of those that would otherwise just be slaughtered.
She's desperately clinging on to the ideals of peace, but the longer Cinn torments her, the closer she gets to finally breaking completely and accepting that the Sith are gonna win and the galaxy's only hope is to just surrender while it can still be spared instead of dying needlessly. She's spent a long time being subjected to mental and emotional anguish caused by him, so she's very weak in her resolve.

Ordering the mass slaughter through tactics and military movements instead of suggesting a diplomatic solution at all... pretty darkside there.
Admitting to having corruption instilled in her because of her anguish, falling to the easy path of fear. Choosing a life of survival over service.... It's a good thing that the republic probably doesn't know who she is, otherwise she might be in for treason for willful attack on republic property and attempting to provide sedition to the troops by using powers to force their surrender....
Oh boy, does Jian have his work cut out for him...

Yep. just like the Republic to try and claim sovereignty of back water worlds it doesn't lift a finger to support or defend.
I don't believe I mentioned there being any Republic troops involved in this battle, so what republic property are we talking about here?

The minos cluster, and i was addressing more of the line she gave of:

That, and i do think i might be right in my estimate, but that would include republic based holdings.

please. The Minos Cluster is barely Republic territory at all. Wait until hard contact with actual Republic forces before you start throwing treason charges around. Though you probably could get her with "Willful accessory to warcrimes".

In order to prolong the flashpoint that was the minos cluster, I had the republic sending troops and supplies to the minos cluster, trying to mount a counter offensive. And I assumed that you were fighting those very forces, since you had been rather non-descript about the pure nature upon which the alliances in the confederacy swayed.
That's why I was pointing these things out. My intention was to allow the minos cluster to last through two more chapters. This won't be hard to edit though, as my plot just needs to alter to have the minos fall this chapter instead... Won't take but a minute.
I just rather have fun with this game than argue over details missed...
