Alexandra watches Cosette for her reaction as she bared her soul to another female but she just merely stays quiet because she is not sure what she should do right now. This is one of the awkward moments she don't want to experience but is currently going through one at the moment. Just when Cosette disappeared from her sight, Alexandra let out this breath that she didn't realize that she was holding when she was waiting for Cosette's reaction.

Alexandra just merely smiles faintly as she sees Cosette come back with two glasses and a bottle of rum. She picks up her glass and watches the liquid swishes around before she glances up at Cosette with a shrug. "No. I do not want to bother Jonathan with this trivial matters since he have many things to worry about like running this ship, for one example." She quickly says before she took one swig of the rum and tries not to twitch as the rum burns its way down her throat.

Cosette chuckled as she brought the glass to her lip, "No of corse not now. He is much to busy for such talk...but maybe when we reach port again." she shruged her shoulders. While she felt bad that she had come between the two it was for the other girl to sort out her own differences with Jonatha.

She took a deep drink, watching her all the while. "So.." she said after a moments laps in time, a mild attempt to steer the coverstation in a different direction.

"What about never?" Alexandra thinks to herself before she twirls some rum around inside her mug and stares at the liquid. "I think I hear someone calling for everybody." She glances up at Cosette before she downs the entire mug and places the mug down. "Lets go" She just merely spun around and hightailed it right out of the gallery because it was getting quite uncomfortable for her.

When she is out of the gallery, Alexandra took a deep breath and closes her eyes before she shook her head while walking toward the main deck.

Cosette quietly raised an eyebrow as the red haired woman quickly scurried out of the galley. Gone was the care free spirit, she was no longer a strong woman but a mouse. Snorting softly to herself Cosette shook her head, raven curls softly caressing her shoulders as she thought to herself. Her finger traced softly over the rim of the mug as she looked down at her reflection in the rum. Women where so silly, herself included, the heart was a strange token.

After a moment she rose, waiting long enough for Alexandra to rush out and find a place in the crouded ship to where she wouldnt have to stand near Cosette if she didnt wish to. Folding her hands against the white skirt of her apron she looked around, blinking as her eyes adjusted to the light outside the galley.

Alexandra shifts through the crowd before she squints at the sudden brightness of the outside world then she knows that she is not needed because she usually don't do the ship work except fighting in the battles or helping out with things that are not ship-related. But she knows that she can't keep hiding forever so she forced herself to lean against the edge of the ship and watches everybody working on setting the ship up for sail.

"Meh.." She sighs as she did a sweep of the deck and her eyes lands on Cosette thoughtfully.

Cosette stayed where she was, not wishing to push Alexandra in any way. After all, her feelings where her feelings and she had no need nor want to have her spill them out to her. She was not a shoulder to be leaned or cried upon by whim. She crossed her arms lightly under her chest and quietly looked around, wondering in after thought if she had said that as an escape ploy to leave the kitchen.

Selena walked along the deck, swaying her hips softly with each step. Her forfinger slid along the rail and she looked over the side to the waves that crashed along the side of the ship. Ah, the sea. She looked over her shoulder at the others on the deck. "A pirates life for me." she whispered softly, a coy smirk set on her plush lips. Oh yes, Plunder and pillage and stealing... Stealing, her love, her lust.

Her eyes flitted over to the captains quaters. She had seen the strange woman enter, and leave again now waiting. To a keen eye she could tell a deal was being made and the captain was now mulling over his choice. Gold? Gems perhaps? Treasure as wild and vast as the sea itself? No matter, a few gold coins might tide her feaver for now, at least until she had a chance to enter that room and riffle through some of the papers and maps.

Fingers moving over her half unwrapped gift, Wren snuggled her cheek againist Gabriel's shoulder as she started to finish the task of unwrapping the present. Glancing up at Gabriel's face then back down at the gift, Wren smiled softly starting rip away the wrapping. " What is this Gabriel?" Pulling away the wrapping, Wren reached up brushing her deep red hair back from her face as she lowered her finger back to the gift in her lap looking it over.

Gabriel smiled as he nuzzled his love. Gabriel looked down to the present, and began to speak. "It's not much, but it was something I felt you would like," he paused for a moment, as he thought about the item inside the box, "It's a simple bracelet, it seemed to be made of tin or something," he paused once more, as he let out a sigh.

"But what makes it special, is that it has two angel wings engraved on the small plate part of it," he smiled once more, he felt it was something that fit Wren well. He softly traced one of his fingers around one of the wing shaped scars on her back.

Shivering lightly Wren smiled gently pushing open the lid of the box to peer inside. " Oh Gabriel" Lifting the bracelet gently, she let it gently rest in one palm as she looked over it. " Its so pretty" Moving her hand closer to her face, Wren looked over every tiny detail of the metal and the engraving. Wonder shining in her eyes, Wren set the bracelet down into its box gently she closed the box setting it beside her.

Turning to Gabriel Wren brushed a kiss to her lover's lips. "Thank you Gabriel its wonderful" Resting her head againist Gabriel's shoulder again, Wren closed her eyes. " This is nice...just sitting here together"

Gabriel smiled widely at Wren's reaction to the gift. It wasn't the most expensive, or shiny piece of jewelery, but it was special. And Wren's reaction proved to him that special was far more amazing than something expensive. "I'm glad you like it Wren," he paused, "It makes my very soul fill with joy, knowing that you are happy," he continued to smile, but not for too long...

Gabriel's eyes closed once Wren brushed the kiss to his lips. His mind being as high in the clouds as the sun on a beautiful day, he returned his lover's kiss, and chuckled softly. "It is much more than nice my love," he said softly, "it is perfect."

Staring out over the waves again, Shun just let out a disgruntled and bored sigh as he felt as if they hadn't moved much at all lately. It seemed that for now, everyone was somewhere below deck doing their own thing, making the area where he was quite deserted. After some time, he tore his gaze away from the seas and glanced down at his wounds from the battled with the freakish pirates. Though they itched slightly through their bandages, he refrained from scratching at them since he didn't want to make them worse.

He looked about once more before sitting down on a crate. Solitude was something he enjoyed most of the time, but this was just too quiet and monotonous for his liking.

It was either this or stay on that crappy little island... What wonderful choices life had set out for me.

Nodding slightly Wren nodded gently. " Perfect" Opening her eyes slightly, Wren let her mind play over the thought. Perfect, it was true sitting her alone with Gabriel was perfect. " I hope it stays like this.... I mean I thought I would never met you in the begining. Those dreams, moving from ship trying to find a place I'd fit in.....other than as a whore to be used...."

Gabriel smiled widely once more, "I hope it stays as perfect as this moment too," he paused for a moment, as he clenched his left hand into a fist, "you will never be used again," he said somewhat loudly, and angrily, "I will never allow that to happen again!"

He stood up, and walked to the door of the cabin, "We should probably go back up to the deck, there's likely work that we should be doing," he paused once more, "I don't think we need Rachel or anyone else screaming at us for hours on end," he said with a cheeky smile.

Land ho! A Lookout has spotted it! The island that Astrid had requested you to journey to! It also appears that a large and powerful sandstorm is raging on the island! It is now up to the Captain, go to the island, or wait to see if the sandstorm subsides.

Jonathan peeked his head out the window of his cabin upon hearing the lookout's cry of land. His hand came up to the bridge of his nose in annoyance as he noticed a storm raging on the island. Even though he have never been to a desert before, he knew enough that sandstorms wreak havoc upon men and supplies alike.

"Drop anchor!" the Englishman shouted as he exited the cabin onto the main deck. "We will wait here until the storm subsides." Graves was silently praying that it was not a mistake to hesitate.
