As Absol was called out by the crowd its intention wasn't meet with the same reactions that it usually got but it didn't do anything to the customers but instead was soon attacked with a large amount of heat making it brace for the attack only to feel a large wave of heat soon engulf and surround him. It would look up through the fire cage and growl a bit as it watches the show-off trainer bounce into the room with his pokemon. It looked like he was going to not only attack him but try and capture him. Absol was starting to feel the effects of overheat but there was no way he was going to go down or let Kijin down at this point so it did the next best thing it could do escape.
Just before the trainer would have a chance to even throw his pokeball Absol draws its claws out the claws would soon radiate with a dark power and with a few simple slashes the pokemon would quickly destroy the cage of fire and break through a nearby window. Once outside and out of range of the pokeball and the trainer it would soon hope the wall giving a quick glance back then take off as quickly as it could crying out again and again as it heads down the road back towards the pokemon center.
The Absol would continue to run down the road parts of its body singed a bit by the fire but nothing it hasn't had before crying out a bit as it ran back towards the center and then towards Kijin. It would soon arrive next to him nudging a little, he turns around and nods to him,"Ok thats good Absol hmm?" He says with a quirk seeing parts of his fur and horn singed and darkened by fire he sighed lightly and pet its head. "Sorry about that Absol I forgot you have that reputation well we can fix you up later but first lets get this fire out for the most part." He says pulling his pokeball out and recalling Absol back in and putting him away.
Steelix would come back out of the ground with another load of dirt and tosses it onto the fire a bit more making the entrance accessible Kijin would nod and looks at Blitzle,"Ok lets get in there and see if we can't help." He says before taking his pokemon and heading into the center. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Just outside of town Purrloin had managed to back into town after taking a small detour to take a cat nap but now that it was rested and ready to go it would simply stroll into town heading for the hospital only to find a lot of people outside and part of the building on fire. It was shocked a little to see the floor where its trainer was on fire. It would quickly run towards the front counter heading for the room where her pokeball was only to find it gone along with the others. So she only assumed that he got out before the fire let she let out a sigh before heading out of the building and walking back into town.

Dave had just received his recovered Cubchoo and had been grabbing a Lemonade at the Vending Machine when the explosion occurred.
A battered Goliath emerged from a pile of rubble and melted vending Machines inside the pokemon center, holding a burned Dave in his arms. "Thanks buddy, that was close. Are you alright?" Dave coughed, looking up to his companion with concern as he got on his feet. The Machamp nodded, pointing over to the fires near the entrance. Dave let Cicero out of his pokeball. "Cicero, use Powder Snow to dampen the fires, then follow up with Brine to put them out!" Cicero looked to his trainer, sniffled a bit, the sneezed, sending out a flurry of blue powder. It melted immediately on contact with the fires, being too weak to have much effect, but putting out some weaker, smoldering embers. He then followed up with Brine, aiming the blast of water at a small collection of flames near the entrance. Dave waved down Kijin as he entered. "Hey, you alright there?"

Inside of the hospital the water was spreading fast. Though it was a good blast, fire wasn't defeated so easily. There was a reason Fire fighters sat there for hours playing fire suppression. The smoldering building, burned so thoroughly, wouldn't be defeated by a single combo attack.
And this thorough spreading would, eventually, reach a gas line and explode. Hopefully David had the forethought to escape from the flames, or he would be caught up in the explosion as, not just the building went up, but the surrounding area, the foundation. The parking lot, paved ground, and entirety of the property shifted as the ground did, flames escaping through the cracks.
Chaos occurred as the hospital burst into even more powerful flames, the screams of hundreds dieing down slowly, until the hospital was consumed in not just flames, but agonizing silence.

Salieri gulped. The humor of Wayne losing his balls was completely lost in the moment of probably death. No way, this is too lame. There is no way it’s going to end like this for me.
“Alright, no problem,” Salieri said in a feeble attempt at being calm while she tried to plan. She was forcibly being moved closer to Wayne by means of vibration as they edged towards the mechanical teeth of the trash disposal. Pieces of trash and Dreamyard debris were now bouncing around from the increased activity. The Battle Girl would have been worried about if she wasn’t about to get eaten alive.
“SAAAAAALEM!” she bellowed at the tops of her lungs. The Eevee was their last option in hopes of saving themselves. A few seconds passed before she yelled out her pokemon’s name again. And then again. Yet there was no reply, and they were running out of time.
If her arm wasn’t pinned down by the heavy steel clamp, Salieri would have been able to get up and turn off the machine. She narrowed her eyes at the obstacle before her and took a deep breath.
“I really liked this arm, too,” she muttered to herself. And then she began to knaw at her forearm as best she could.
****
Salem’s nose twitched as she yawned, rapidly blinking her eyes to life upon waking. Petilil was gone, which meant that she got away. The Eevee rolled off of her back and stood up wearily. Where was Salieri? And Wayne? If Salem had been put to sleep then the game was basically over, right?
“SAAAALEM!”
That was Salieri’s voice. Salem’s big brown ears perked up at the sound of her trainer. She hadn’t heard the Battle Girl panic like that before.
The Eevee sprinted at full speed towards the noise, hoping that she didn’t arrive too late.

(( I'm assuming the two Kijin sent Tropius to help was Avan and Baku...so I'm going on that >< ))
Tropius landed in front of Avan and Baku and offered it's fruits. Avan wondered if the banana-like food hanging from the Pokemon's neck would help with their, mostly his, injuries; but he decided to pick one off in appreciation in the Pokemon's offering. Avan patted the grass-type on the head. "Thank you. This is the second time you've come to my aid." He smiled. "I suppose I'm in your debt."
Avan broke the fruit in half and peeled it, handing one half to Baku, who proceeded to lift it out of Avan's hand using telekinesis and eat it. The boy ate his slowly, impressed by the flavor and texture of the fruit; he had never eaten something like this, let alone something from the Hoenn region and Pokemon-exclusive. "Delicious!" Even Baku was eating happily.
It was the thought that counts.
However, Avan was quickl brought back to a state of concern when his two pains met. His arm, and his side. A feeling of light-headedness took over and he almost toppled over. "Phew..." Avan had to take a seat, a bit away from the panic of the Pokemon Center, but still close enough to be seen. He wanted to help with the fire, but a Munna and a Yamask weren't exactly the most beneficial to putting out a fire.

Kijin runs into the building looking around for anyone still inside let out any other pokemon he was soon waved down by someone holding a odd looking bear-thing. He walked over to him with Blitzle with him he would look at him and nods,"Hey are you alright?" He asks looking around as the purple flames continue to engulf the building,"If your not hurt and are able to help me put this fire out but if you are I need you to get out of here quickly." He says before heading deeper into the building looking for signs of life.
Steelix outside continued to pop up around the building dumping piles of dirt and sand mixture to put the fires out and keep them from spreading any further then they already were. He poured some more sand another part of the building smothering some more of the flames leaving more access to get out.
Tropius nodded a little to the trainer after he took the fruit the fruit was meant to heal him but it doesn't have the same effect on humans as pokemon so it was just a nice snack. Tropius soon turned from the trainer and headed off to the other one that was on the ground outside the pokemon center she would check on him making sure he wasn't hurt or anything though it looked like he was perfectly fine with his chips in hand but she wasn't sure just yet.
Purrloin continued to wander through the city noticing some shaking below her feet that seemed to travel back and forth in two directions, her curiosity got the better of her as she followed the vibrations and arrived at the pokemon center spotting both the Steelix and Tropius of her trainer she knew he might be here. Though she didn't want him to find out that she was gone the whole time so she would move along the outer area of the center sneaking under benches and brush moving towards the pokemon center.

((I hate wallpaper. Screw decorating! scream ))
"Salieri?" Wayne still had his hand clamped over his eyes. One ear was dinned by the angry metal death that awaited the trainers, the other could just about make out what Salieri was saying.
"I know this might not be the best time to say this but..." Wayne's hand fell down and he raised his eyebrow, "I could definitely kick your a** in a real pokémon battle."
He ended with a grin. Because when you lose all hope, accepting your fate is just a necessary action.

A boy in his late teens flew through the the air atop his delibird. The sound of snoring could be hear from the delibird's bag, probably due to the sleeping spheal inside of it. Behind the blue-haired boy sat a sneasel. It was truly a wonder how this mere delibird could support the weight of these three as she flew. Saden Reise looked down at the land below him, "Santa, we're headed for Straiton City. Brycen said that these three gyms leaders would be a good start." The delibird nodded, not willing to waste her breath on speaking when she has to carry her trainer and two pokemon across half the region. They flew for an hour and they were finally nearing their destination. However, just as they were about to land, Santa could no longer take the weight of the three. The delibird soon began to drop like a rock towards Route 3. Saden quickly pulled out two pokeballs and returned Xavier and Flurry to lower the weight on Santa. However, the delibird had already fainted and the two were approaching the lake below at rapid speed. He quickly grabbed a pokeball and sent his spheal back out. Flurry yawned, having been woken up from his nap. "Flurry, use surf! Make it quick!" the boy shouted. Uncharacteristly, the spheal quickly jumped to action, literally. He jumped off the delibird onto the ocean and caught their fall when they landed. Unfortunatle, the heavy fall was far too much for Flurry. Saden returned his two fainted pokemon and swam his way to the shore, "Note to self. Put Flurry and Shadow in their pokeballs next time we fly."
Saden walked into Straiton City, looking for the pokemon center. He couldn't face the gym leaders with two pokemon already fainted. He found the pokemon center within seconds. The catch? It was on fire. Saden shouted, "s**t! Why does this thing have to be on fire now?" He turned around and started to look for a market of some kind, "I guess I could just buy a couple revives then." After searchign the town for several minutes he found someone who sold them and instantly bought two, even though they were far overpriced. He sent his three pokemon back out and used them on his two fainted pokemon. Then he proceeded to give them each a potion to heal them back up. "Okay guys, lets go to the gym now. And next time we fly, only Santa gets to stay out of the pokeball. We cant do this every time," he said as they approached the gym. He walked in the building with his three ice pokemon at his side, "I'm here to challenge the gym leader!"
