About the Aburame clan. I'm just going to guess that they start off with Kikaichū no Jutsu [ Destruction Bug Host Technique ] already learned? I mean, how would one train something like that? Isn't it something they're born with?
Oh one more dumb question... but can the Library Expansion Atlas/Encyclopedia be used to learn a buki/taijutsu fighting style? Or are there other items similar to those that you can buy that let you learn a fighting style? Cause I've been in other guilds with a Takumi that had items just like that but I can't find them anywhere here.

As for the second question so long as the number of jutsu slots the scroll gives you can encompase the entire style then yes. However that being said you can also use the scrolls to learn jutsu from styles so long as you start at stage one and work your way up the list. Also thanks to the captian my shop in kumo does sell a scroll that will allow you to learn an entire style however it requires a minimum rank of konin to buy it.

As far as I know, the answer is 'no, they are not born like that.' Simply visiting your rpc's family, abode, etc should allow you make a contract with the Kikaichu, as stated in the bloodline. Think of it like how one goes to a summoning island, speaks with the residents, and then gains their help, only you'll become the 'island'. XD
The atlases and such can be used to learn tai and buki, but only for the amount of moves stated. So if the Library states that you can learn 5 jutsu, then you'll be able to learn that many moves in a tai/buki style before requiring another library, atlas, expansion thing-a-ma-jig. Of course, you'll have to abide by the style's requirements and such, starting out at the lowest and working your way to the highest. Formless doesn't count in this as it is a different system.
Does this help?

Does this help?Yes that does help. Uh, problem with my character's bloodline. Seeing her family is impossible... maybe I should change her history lol ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬Akemi's mother comes from a far off land. Her father was an Aburame from Konohagakure. Now how the hell did Akemi end up in Kiri then? That's a sad story.
When Akemi's mother was sold into slavery (a practice that is not uncommon in her land), she was one of the lucky ones who, when being transported to who would be her new master through the forests near Konoha, was saved by a nearby group of shinobi. One of those shinobi was Akemi's father. The two quickly fell in love and married.
The three of them were a happy family... until Kirigakure kidnapped her, along with many others who had rate bloodlines. Kiri was jealous.
Akemi's parents were murdered, her memory of them wiped, and she became a Genin of Kirigakure. To this day, she feels like there is something that is missing. Something important that she forgot. Especially when she looks at the bandana that she doesn't know once belonged to her mother...

If you don't want to rewrite the history, just have your rpc randomly discover the Kikaichu in his home, then? I'm trying, here! ^_^

Is there a "if the person you aren't fighting doesn't post in x number of hours/days without letting you know why (let's say for example I went camping with my family and I let someone know that my next post might be a couple days late) you automatically win" rule or something similar? Because there should be. I've been waiting since Thursday lol

It does not state whether it is an auto-win though. I don't know if that rule applies to battle, but it was what we followed in the Kumo arc.
Make sure you quoted the person so that they know you answered them, but keep in mind some people may be busy. It's spring break for a lot of people, and I know I, for example, was traveling all day yesterday.
I'd also like an answer to this, though, and a mod is welcome to overrule my answer above.

Is retraining across ALL techniques making a comeback or is it simply for medical techniques?

Anonymous_Alcoholic Is retraining across ALL techniques making a comeback or is it simply for medical techniques?
I have written in retraining guides in more than a few non-eiseijutsu. As I get free time, I try to find suitable jutsu to allow this. (I should really finish up the eisei ones, too) It's so much now that we'll have to start adding on more posts in certain lists! XD 50k characters is the size limit for posts, ne? Null rank jutsu are the primary candidates, as they don't normally have a well defined and stable chakra rank.
