Toryu Naminosaki Character: Artemis Sandetsetsu Technique Name: Mindlink Rank: Unsure, what would you call it? Type: Collaboration Jutsu Element: Null Description: The technique works by creating a link between the player and her pet. When closing ones eyes, the player can get a mental image of what her partner see's anywhere on the field. The biggest issue for this jutsu is that in order to use this mental link, the bird cannot perform any offensive actions and must stay out of reach of combat. If the bird is forced into combat, the link will break and can only be reforged through physical contact with Artemis once more. This allows Artemis to use Ivory to scout terrain ahead of herself when necessary and gain instant feedback from it. When Artemis thinks an order while concentrating in this the bird can receive the order as if spoken to it. The link has a range of the same subforum and cannot go to a different set of threads. ( Example, one cannot be in oto and send orders to the bird all the way in kumo ).
im sorry but i am going to have to deny this. It is too similar to the yamanaka clan jutsu

And other jutsu really, like Kabuto used on sasori to relay him orders while he was brainwashed or whatever? Accepting the ruling, just curious.

Accepting the ruling, just curious. sorta kinda, but not to the degree you are looking to utilize. If you read those jutsu descriptions, they dont follow really what you are seeking

Character:Ivory Sandetsetsu (Partner to Artemis Sandetsetsu) Technique Name: Velocity Shift Rank: B rank Type: Supplementary Taijutsu Element: Null Description: The falcon has for a very long period of history been considered the fastest animal on the planet. The quickest ever measured was moving well over two hundred miles per hour in a dive. 242 to be precise (fastest recorded at least). This maneuver involves this dive. At the peak of the falcons dive it will release whatever ninjutsu it was going to use, the momentum carrying over from its own moment into the jutsu's momentum. This will decrease the time an opponent has to dodge by quite a bit. For combat purposes the speed of any projectile ninjutsu will be increased by 2 ranks. This doesnt increase the damage of the jutsu, just makes it much harder to dodge. Defensive techniques for blocking only require one rank higher to catch the speed, outright dodging will require two.

After forming the needed hand seals, some of the kikaichū that is making the Insect wall will form Tentacle like spikes with the length of 8 feet and the width of 2 inches. The Tentacles spikes are able to either be stiff like regular spikes or flexible like tentacles, making the technique offensive as well as defensive. When this technique comes in contact with someone else besides the user, it will take away a d - rank amount of chakra giving it to the user.

Character: Airi Oni Technique Name: Kanpai! Rank: E-A Type: Einjutsu Element: Suiton/Sakiton Description: A technique that combines the way Airi can use the Suiton and Sakiton elements, this skill is used to heal wounds of many calibers. As all sake made by an Oni is embedded with chakra, Airi makes a special batch in her gourd made solely of healing chakra. From there she can pull out the sake and manipulate it to cover wounds. The substance will simultaneously heal and rejuvenate those the technique is used on. This skill is something that can be used both externally and internally. The substance is able to be placed on the skin and outer wounds, while internal injuries can be mended by drinking the sake.
[E Rank] Repairs minor wounds (like small cuts or bruises) and minor fatigue.
[D Rank] Repairs moderate wounds (like scrapes or deeper cuts) and moderate fatigue.

This will be trained as an A rank, and require 3 posts of crafting to create.

Its designed to make them want to block rather than dodge. Hence the 2 rank increase to dodge actions but only one to blocking actions

Yo-ko Ahh, thats fine then. What about this one? I dreamed of this one last night upon consultation upon thy nigglets, we have come to a worldy concensus. it only increases tech used by 1 rank. this supplementary tech is treated as an offensive activation, and can only augment techs B rank and lower due to size. can only be physical manifested jutsu, so really most elemental jutsu is out of the equation.
