Syaoran was waiting for the girls to finish getting ready. He knocked on the door. "Is everyone ready?" he was ready to get to the ball and get Sakura's feather but he can't over work himself.

((o_o hey hey hey...wait a minute...DX don't they have to wait for Hane and Rituka to win against the duke's guards so that they can get entrance to the ball without trouble?))

Ayumi was so busy looking at herself in the mirror that she almost forgot to find matching shoes! "Aiya! Shoes! I need shoes!" she paniced as she quickly scuttled to the bag and began to dig for matching shoes. So far, everything she was digging through were boxes of accessories and dresses--no shoes yet.
And when all hope would've been lost, Ayumi's hand felt something--like a sort of shoe! She yanked the objects out of the bag, revealing a pair of pristine white high heeled shoes.

"Wai!" Ayumi exclaimed and slipped the shoes on. She felt taller...and a bit weird due to the fact that she's never in her life walked with such shoes. She took a few steps back and forth, wobbling a bit with shaking legs. "I can do this...I can do this...it'll just take a bit to get used to." Ayumi gritted through her teeth as she tried to walk around.

Suddenly, she heard Syaoran's voice come through the door and turned to face the door, "We're not ready, yet Syaoran-san! I still have to put makeup on the girls and Hane and Rituka have yet to get us our entrance spots from that duke!" Ayumi said as she continued to work on her walking. She made her way to the bed where Mizuna was sitting and plopped on the other side of it.

"Kyah...that was hard...well, now that I'm sitting down..." she started as she dragged a nearby stool in front of her with one of her feet, "Who wants to have their makeup done first?"
Ayumi smiled as she grabbed the bag and took out the makeup kit that was in it.

(( I really dunno because I think someone else started it. I am SO confused!!! crying ))

Syaoran knocked on the door again. "May i come in?" He was hoping that he wasn't acting nosey. He removed his bow because the air wasn't getting to him.

((Well, Syaoran did teach Ayumi how to waltz--if I remember correctly.))

Ayumi smiled and nodded at Hana then turned to Syaoran, greeting the young man with a smile as he entered the room. "All right then~Mi-san, would you like to have your make up done while Syaoran teaches Hana how to waltz?" she asked Mizuna kindly as she began using her magic to turn the modern makeup kit into makeup she was comfortable using.

The lipstick became a small bowl with a pool of the lipstick's color in liquid form inside of it. The powders for the blush and eyeshadow were set on small palettes. Ayumi then took out a small twig she had found earlier when she was outside spying on the duke as he was in the headmaster's office.

She slid the twig between her thumb and index finger's tips. As she had done so, the twig became a smooth, refined, wooden paintbrush handle. "Now for a brush tip..." Ayumi trailed off as her eyes slowly looked to Mirielle, who was perched comfortably on the window sill. Ayumi reached over to the bird and plucked a small tiny blue feather from its plume. The bird let out a bit of a soft squawk and twitched slightly at the feel of the pluck. "Gomen nasai, Mirielle-chan...I know how much you dislike that..." Ayumi smiled sheepishly at her pet and stroked its back.

She then stuck the feather onto the tip of the wooden paintbrush handle and waved her hand over the feather slightly--turning the feather into blue bristles.

"All ready~!" she smiled as she announced in a rather melodious tone.

Syaoran looked at Hana and smiled. "Okay. Just follow my steps when we dance...." he turned on the music and got in position and started to dance with Hana.

(( crying Wahhh! Sakura withdrew!!))

Hana attempted her best at learning to waltz. Though sadly.. it seemed that she'd never get the hang of it! She was so klutzy that every couple of seconds she'd trip or step on Syaoran's feet! sweatdrop She looked to him apologetically each time and cursed in her common language under her breath. She thought to herself, How could dancing be so hard? Maybe she needed to be graceful like Ayumi or smart like Mi? Oh well... we'll continue trying until Syaoran gives me up as a lost cause! Hana continued practicing but sadly, the concept of moving opposite of him in a square like movement and turning at the same time... wasn't going well. How Ayumi did it, Hana had NO CLUE. She smiled at Syaoran though and continued to give it her best!!!

Hana smiled in knowing that Syaoran-kun had confidence in her. Towards the end of their lesson (hopefully Mi-san and Ayumi-san were finished?) Hana had mastered the basic steps of the waltz though the word "graceful" was not really able to apply to Hana. Though she was pretty happy that at least she wasn't stepping on his feet that much anyways...

Ayumi looked over to Hana and saw that as she and Syaoran continued to dance, Hana was progressing in her dancing little by little. She smiled at Hana and clapped lightly. Just then, Ryu came in through the doors--which startled Ayumi a bit.

Hearing the news, she turned to Mizuna and looked at Hana and Syaoran with an excited look on her face. "We should go over and see the fight! I bet it would be one marvelous fight! I'll work on your makeup as we watch the fight, Mizuna-san." Ayumi got up with the makeup materials in her hands--trying her best not to mess up her dress.
