Shane couldn't stop blushing, and he didn't know why. It was hard to muster up words, he wanted to simply stare at the boy. After a bit of a pause, he finally spoke, ''I'm.. very happy to meet you, Fuuta.'' He said, with a genuine smile, ''Are you a genin, as well?'' He asked.

Shane quickly dashed, and managed to block the shuriken with the edged Kunai Akira gave him. He looked back at Fuuta, and had an odd smile, ''I'm sorry. I just don't want you to get hurt.'' He said, a bit embarrassed.
