Li just noticed more slaves brought in this place. She simply said 'hi' to all of them and went back to sitting in silence, waiting for life to pass by.

Sam turned her gaze to Li and she actually smiled, her eyes wide. "Wow, you sure are pretty. How did they catch you? You have wings. You should have been able to fly away. I wish I could have wings..." Sam wasn't at all shy and she was blunt. She wasn't afraid to tell people they are beautiful, girl or boy. Sam heaved herself up and against the cage, looking at Li. "Oh and my name is Sam by the way. What's yours?"

Li turned toward Sam. "Thank you, my village desided to sell me to slavery so I fought back...eventually got knocked out and sent here. My name is Li" Li's tail swished back and forth and perked her ears up. "Sometimes having wings can be a problem, same with a tail..." She added.

Sam sighed dreamily, "Li is a pretty name too. I'm sorry that you had to live near people. Oh I wish I did have a tail... Then I could be even closer to my pack, instead of being just a pathetic human." Sam looked around to make sure there weren't many guards around then looked back at Li. "Hey do you think you could somehow loosen the chains? It hurts to breath."

Nanako walked in and looked at Loren with kind eyes. "Hi." She said, clutching her stomach which held her unborn baby. "How long have you been here?"

Sam sighed and looked over at Loren. "Well just hope you get someone nice. You won't have to fight, and you won't get hurt. On the other hand, if they are evil, please try to kill them for me?" She said smiling. She didn't like that she was caught from a free and wild life into a world where there is chaos and hurt. But she would still fight.

 She looked hurt as he didn't answer her. She smiled half-heartedly and moved on, her eyes often fluttering to him.

SHe looked sympathetic and smiled at him. SHe walked over and paid for him and Sam. She led them out, always clutching her stomach for the benifit of her baby.

The guards would zap Loren everytime he would even glance at Nakato. He eventually turned and growled.
