She is missing the ring finger due to them being cut off in order to use that hidden blade, the mechanism that is used to trigger it go's over where the finger used to be.

Huh... That's really interesting...
I guess that also explains why the replacement finger looks a little off--like the hair and eye colors.
Still a pretty good editing job, though.
