Ezio looked at Kara and Lori as they met for the first time truly in front of him. He had a nervous subtle expression behind his charm, wit and his handsome looks. He felt the brown paper bag put thrust into his hand as he couldn't help but laugh at the gesture and gift. "I see, you went with the classic hobo drink idea." He laughed as he opened the bag and smiled as he pulled out the bottle. "Well I don't want to have too much, maybe just a tiny sip." He told her as he went over to the nightstand and pulled out a small Swiss army pocket knife and used the bottle opener to pull the cork out of the bottle.

If Kara was able to, she would have complimented back, but shyness overtook her composure, and instead, she merely offered a kind smile. Brown eyes following the girl, she noticed she grabbed a paper bag, tossing it to Ezio. She wasn't sure what it could have been, but it looked a lot like a bottle of some sort.
She watched as a wine bottle was fished out and uncorked, a glass being handed out to her. She looked at the ruby liquid (assuming it's red wine) swishing around in the outstretched cup. She looked from the cup to Lori. She had never had alcohol before. She was a fairly clean girl, took to smoking a cigarette and some other stuff every now and again, but they were rare times, and she stayed away from most things teenagers experimented with.
Biting her lip, she took hold of the cup with a small smile and gave a small nod. "Thanks," she said timidly as she looked at the cup in her hand. Looking at what Lori had done with her cup, she followed suit, swishing it around a little before bringing it up to her face to smell the liquid. It smelled strong and made her head swim. Placing her lips to the rim, she took a small sip. The liquid went down her throat easy enough, but made her cringe a moment, trying to get used to it. It was different, a certain bitter-sweet, and it took her a moment to wash away.
Taking another sip, she took a little more in, her taste buds getting more and more accustomed to the taste. It was certainly strange, and she figured it would take a while for it to really settle in. Taking a few more sips, she had finished the cup, unaware of the fact that she most likely shouldn't have drank that much. Her cheeks were now lightly blushed with a rosy color, her eyes a little more glassed over than before. Ezio watched Kara take the drink, she definitely was a girl who never had a drink before. He however had had drinks before and knew his limits though they were limited it what he could take in. "Heh take it easy Kara. I'm pretty Lori, figured I had been one who drank before, and I have a little bit of experience but I wouldn't go drinking anymore than that for now." He told his friend Kara honestly as he did the same with his glass before drinking it slowly.
He watched Lori put the remaining glasses near the boys on the table right by them. Ezio's eyes wandered to Kara's face, already noticing her cheeks were a little bit flushed with rosy hues to them. She was a little buzzed and he wondered what might happen next. Slowly he put his arm around her and smiled a bit, though a dark part of him wondered if she'd be more inclined to be looser and get back to that moment in the garden again.
Though the boy couldn't help but wonder if perhaps this was Lori wanted. Lori was a bisexual and perhaps she wanted to have fun with a girl that night and Kara, being the only one around tonight was the prime target, and after that first drink bringing her to a glassy eyed, rosy cheeked girl, it would be easy to take advantage.

"Shush, shush party pooper," she said with a giggled as she playfully pushed away from him, going to Lori. Hearing Lori agree with the drink, she snuggled up to the girl. "See, she knows how to make a girl feel good," she teased as she took another sip of her drink. Her body felt relaxed and she felt looser, more open with those around her, and the things she said were more... Well, just more.
Looking up at Lori innocently, she giggled. "Well, maybe I should slow down a little," she said with a small grin, laughing a little. She then shook her head. Ezio looked at Lori and shook his head as Kara pushed him away a bit. "Oh no no, I do know how to make a girl feel good, so don't count me out just yet." He taunted a bit as he watched her drink more wine and she seemed more relaxed, almost like the way she was when she and he were together in that dressing room. "You can still have fun without drinking so much." He laughed a bit and stared at the girls together.
The boy knew Lori's game and it was locked in. She kissed Kara's cheek playfully and Lori looked like she was gonna use Kara for some fun. Though he cursed mentally wondering if he could sneak into that twosome, as Lori did make the jokes about him, her and a third jokingly. The problem came that Ezio's sense of morals came back into his head like a sniper blasted his skull open, he hated when women were taken advantage of and he was thinking and about to allow it to potentially happen.

She giggled. "I do say, miss," she joked and laughed a little, sipping a little more of the wine. Looking up at Ezio, she laughed a little and shrugged. "Well then, I guess, eventually, I'll find out," she teased back with a small wink, shaking her head while she laughed, her curls bouncing around her face. "So, when's this party supposed to start? Ezio! Ezio laughed a bit as he studied Kara's response to the kiss her giggling comments. She was an adorable flirty drunk and he couldn't help but smile at her for a moment from it. "Well the staff felt it was appropriate to shoehorn my birthday into some type of little house dance so more people could get to know each other. And since most of the active people of the house are here, I say it should start now downstairs, and after we get bored I invite all back here to finish whatever is left the wine and this." He said pulling out the bottle he and Lori shared earlier that she had left in his room.
His hand set down the bottle and he leaned forward to catch her when she almost stumbled. Though he slyly turned it into a slick move to put his arm around her waist. "Well come on everyone lets head downstairs." He told them softly and smiled a bit at everyone.

Kara giggled and allowed Ezio to wrap his arm around her waist, using him as balance for herself. Looking up to him, her eyes glittered with embarrassment, and she playfully pouted. "I'm sowwie I'm a little off-balance," she apologized in a cute way before laughing a little more. The alcohol had clearly gone into her system.
Once downstairs, they headed to the ballroom, which seemed to be decorated elegantly for the celebration. The large area in the front seemed committed to the DJ booth alone, whereas all along the walls, things had been placed, decorating the entire area. She looked up at Ezio and laughed. "Nice party," she commented, walking further in before releasing her hold on him, rushing over to Lori and throwing her arms around the girl. Ezio sense of dread and guilt burned like a wildfire for even thinking of taking advantage of Kara in that moment. As he held her while she was losing her balance he had a faint smile at her cute talk and playful pout. He walked with her down the stairs into the ballroom and looked at her softly. The boy needed a chance to confront Lori, perhaps he could find a way to figure out what she is planning for the girl.
He looked about the ballroom with a smile on his face, it certainly did look nice as he grinned a bit thinking about the place. Though quickly as he felt Kara walk away from him he saw her bolt off towards Lori. Sure they were having fun but he wondered what the manipulative Lori would attempt yet again.
