"Maybe." She sighed once more and let out a small yawn. The constant beeping sound from the machine next to her seemed to almost lull her to sleep. But she needed to stay awake. She needed to speak with Ako. "I don't know anymore. Are you able to get a hold of the others?"

Ako closed his eyes and shook his head. "I lost my phone somewhere. I haven't spoken to anyone since the office fire."

(Sorry for being slow to post, I've been sick all weekend, and still am for that matter, and have a term paper due on Thursday that I have only just started- and is nowhere near done. Gah... I hate being sick.)
Annie took a deep breath, and picked up Lily, placing the girl over her shoulder, at one time she couldn't have dreamed about doing the quick movement, but now it wasn't any harder than carrying a fifty pound bag of feed.
"What room do you live in? Give me the key and I'll let us in," said Annie. "Since we are practically at your door I won't take you to the hospital unless you start getting worse, okay?"

Rikki Tikki Travi Gidget nods and says, "I'd be happy to. In fact, if you'd like, I can also show you some video footage of what she can do." Trinity's mom nodded, "Would you like to come in and show me?" she opened the door wider inviting Gidget in. She started to wonder, if she looked like her ancestor, would she have similar abilities as her as well? Since the incident occurred it was shocking that she look like a distant ancestor from her father's side that was thought to be a mythic legend. Most documentation on her, writers of that time that have observed her in action that she would use shadows to take down her foes. Later writings reported that she used a light to bring down the evil necromancer that haunted her world. Trinity's mother thought it was all a fascinating story and honestly didn't really believe she existed to begin with, until she looks at her daughter now, granted she used to think she had her father's looks which may explain why she now carries her ancestor's looks. ((sorry for the delay I thought I had already posted this))

((my time might get a little limited. My wedding is in three months, I'm currently looking for a job, and the play I was assistant director for, I might become the lead female instead because of casting issues.... But I'll let you all know as I do....))
"Hmm" Tansy laid her head back down as she let out a deep breath. "We need to get out of here and go find them." She paused as she bit onto her bottom lip. "At least, that's what I think we should do... Got any ideas?"

Gidget thanks Trinity's mother and steps into the house. She looks around at all of the decorations, pictures, and furniture. Still smiling, she turns back toward her host, "You have a very nice home Mrs. Smith. It reminds me a lot o the one I used to live in a long time ago."
She lifts her left wrist, which has a fancy looking watch on it. She presses a few of the buttons on the face, then looks to Mrs. Smith. Her tone is serious in comparison to her normally lighthearted attitude. "Mrs. Smith, it is very important that you understand something before I show you this. She is still your little girl, but now with an extraordinary gift. Please don't think any different of her."

Mrs. Smith nodded, and added "I have no doubt in that. I'm just glad we still have her after the meteor hit in the backyard. I'm hoping this would clear up somethng. Please right this way."
She leads Gidget to the family room where there was a framed family photo. Trinity was there with black hair, hazel eyes and no elvish pointy ears. She had carried a lot of her traits from her father and the shape of their ears was pointy on the top of the rim angled outward. If one compared to what she looks like now they could imagine how her ears would evolve into what they look like today.
Mrs. Smith sat on the couch and offered the spot next to her to Gidget.

Gidget takes the spot next to Mrs. Smith and smiles, "I'm glad to hear you say that. I captured this footage with my suit's on board camera. I've isolated it so that it will only show the times that I caught Trinity on camera."
Gidget presses a few more buttons and a rough hologram appears before them from the watches face. The audio is intact as it plays out before the young girl and the woman she has just met. Trinity leaps into a shadow, a cut to Gidget forcing open the lock and offering her hand to Trinity to help her out. The camera goes haywire for a moment, then refocuses on Leviathan charging past Trinity to attack Gidget. There is another cut, the rear camera catches Trinity create the shadow beast and order the strangers out of her neighborhood. Another cut and Gidget is attempting to hold the thing still so that it doesn't hurt Annie and Lilly. There is a split in the hologram as two images are displayed: one of the creature taking a blow from the other strange man there, and the other of Trinity becoming exhausted.
Gidget presses a few buttons and the hologram disappears. She looks to Mrs. Smith and says with caution, "The electrical interference from that big guy disrupts the rest of the footage. Trinity saved my friends life with that shadow thing. She passed out shortly after that. For some reason the big man, who calls himself Leviathan, just left. He considers Trinity his student, but I think he wants more than just that."
She rubs the top of her shaved head thoughtfully and continues, "I haven't spoken to Trinity more than what you saw a few hours ago, but I already think of her as a friend. I don't want to see anything bad happen to her. I don't think that man will give up very easily."

Lily pointed down the left of the hallway, indicating that she lived on the Left side. She giggled again, trying to remember her dorm room number, though at the moment it was obsolete to her memory.
"Um. Erm. I, uh.. " she sighed, looking down the topsy turny hallway. It was like she was on a never ending trip and all she wanted to do was return back to where things where normal.
"245.." she finally got out, looking at the rooms that where passing her vision. Finally she spotted a fimliar number, handing Annie her room card. "You'll need hehe this.." she giggled again.

Annie sighed, taking the card, and unlocked the door. Pushing the door open she entered the single, it was fairly spacious, but then again, when Annie had lived on campus last year she was in a double and one of the cheapest dorms on campus.
Heading towards the couch she laid Lily down, and took a deep breath as she sat on the arm of the couch, "Lily, I need you to try to focus and tell me what you need. Can I borrow your cell phone?"

Mrs. Smith was surprisingly calm, "It makes sense now... I have to admit this does clarify a few things. She stands up and fold her arms and looks to the floor in thought, uncertain if she should share what she had osevered sice the meteor hit. Then again Gidget knew all about how different Trinity is. She looks to Gidget,"The reason why I say that is because, since Trinity was hit by a meteor and after she would go to bed she'd end up under the bed, or down here and sometimes the office room. Everytime this happened she'd seemed disoriented, cofused, bump her head if she were under the bed. For the longest time we couldn't figure this out. She couldn't explain it either.
My husband had suspected that since she looks like his distant ancestor who she was named after she may have "inherited" shall we say her abilities too. The thing was it didn't make sense what was written about her. It would say things like "she would save the world from darkness" or "she uses shadows to fight her foes" and so forth. I'm not sure if any of this helps but it's all we know..."
She looks toward Trinity's room,"You seem to be a good kid. She is one too. Please watch out for her out there. As I have been watching over her in here."
She notices how dark it was outside. It's getting late do you need a ride home?"

Alias grabbed Lev's outstretched hand. He grinned, almost darkly, a piece of himself showing from his mouth.
"Deal."

Alias 2 forms in the shadows of Trinity's room. He stepped out and gestured to her spinning in a circle so she could see all sides. "In the flesh. Recognize the coat?"
He looked at her and smiled warmly. "I'm not here on behalf of Lev. I'm not even sure why I went with him." He ruffled his hands through his hair, showing he could change it to blond. He changed it back as quick as he had before. "It's a perk." He shook his hair.
"You spent so much energy fantasizing that beast into existence, I'm surprised you even woke up. How are you feeling?"

A doctor walked into the room, interrupting the conversation. "Excuse me, sir... I'm to give Ms. Hinzard here a few pills... If that's alright..." He smiled apologetically.

Gray turned towards Lillith. He held open the door with one hand and gestured inside. "Ladies first, then."

Gidget contemplates for a moment. She was sure that Leviathan wasn't through with Trinity yet, and that he has something awful planned for her. She also wasn't looking forward to being home with Shane. It was time to think quickly.
"Well, Mrs. Smith, I was actually wondering if I might...I dunno...stay the night. My brother is the one who takes care of me, and he's going to be working until at least tomorrow evening. I don't have a key to his apartment. Also, I'd like to let Trinity know that she isn't alone. That she has friends who are going through similar issues. I promise you wont even know I'm here. I'll be as quiet as a scared little mouse. Just as long as you put me next to anything that needs fixing, 'cuz then I can't help myself."
Gidget pulls out the big guns now. Her eyes become huge and her lower lip starts to quiver just a hair. One tiny word squeaks it way past her lips, "Please..."

She nodded as she pulled the small device out of her pocket, handing it toward Annie, her hand began to slip and fall as she began to lose consciousness, at least now she was in her room and it was safe for her to pass out.
She knew that there where a million missed calls from her mother but at the point and time she didn't care how it looked. She gave one last look to Annie before her eyes fell shut. She was still conscience, but she didn't know for how much longer.
"I need a tylenol the size of Texas. " she groaned, finally being able to feel the pounding headache that had slowly been creeping it's way into her mind. It finally taken over when she was laid down. She rolled over on her side, her cell phone falling to the floor as she groaned. Wanting nothing more then time and light to fade away. Wanting to reach the land of dreams quicker then any human would, wanted to wake up from this hellish day.

Annie sighed looking over her shoulder at Lily, the poor girl was exhausted. Smiling, she pocketed the phone and walked into the bathroom, looking for the Tylenol that she had requested. As she looked, she reached into her pocket and pulled out the card that the reporter had given her. Perhaps she should contact that woman.
Sighing, she put the business card back into her pocket. Opening the medicine cabinet she took the bottle of Tylenol and poured a glass of water, brought it to where Lily was sleeping and set in on the coffee table. Taking the phone, she ignored the messages telling Lily about the missed calls from her mother and dialed the number Gidget had called Lily from.
Perhaps, Gidget could update her about the other girl- Trinity was it?- and perhaps even give her advice on how to take care of Lily.
