Kal chuckled at the similair sized Orc. "You're a fool if you think it's still there. This town is known for it's mythical Thieves Guild. Not to mention, it holds a high population of thieves anyway. Your stuff is gone. From Bandits, Highwaymen, beasts.... something," he replied to his statement of leftover supplies. "I wouldn't object to checking it out, for safety, but I personally hold to my previously stated belief that we'll find nothing," he added.

(I know he's short in the picture, but my character isn't short at all. He's only two inches shorter than Tjaden.) Looking over at the halfling, slightly annoyed, he somewhat accusingly said "And how would you happen to have stumbled across such knowledge small one? If my things have been taken I shall find them, anytime I remove my armor and weapons from my person to take any kind of rest I cover them with a powerful odor, which while is barely noticed by any ordinary man, can be smelt strongly from a good distance off by anyone who has spent long amounts of time out in the wilderness. I know the sounds of the beasts and the smell of the plants. If my things have been taken, they will not be too hard to find. You must simply follow the scent and as you get closer it gets stronger. And do not worry of such a smell remaining. If one wakes up just as the morning light shows itself, and continues to wash the items until the light is in full view, the order will have been washed away." (Should I just role a four sided die to decide if my things have been stolen or not? 1-2 they're there 3-4 they've been stolen?)

Tjaden coughed polietly at Kal and motioned towards Laren. "You are welcome to join us..." Tjaden said to the other Orc, "We have a habit of forming fast friendships and for finding trouble. At the very least, it will provide some entertainment till you leave Haven and head for friendlier territory."
That being said, Tjaden moved to follow Laren. ((Also, if we still have the dwarf's body, Ill carry that to. Not sure what we did with that.....))

((Answering in order of appearance: 1: Melkor should be back up to the Injured stage now, instead of Badly Injured. 2: There will be no more need for weapons in the city, no further fighting will take place while you are in Haven. 3: The weapons and armor will be where you left them, Cold; you could always ask the group to purchase new equipment for you however. Assuming that you request that you become part of the group. 4: Ronus' body was buried upon exiting the Draconic Shrine.))

Kal smiled at the orcs's odd, if not crass actions of protection. Then continued to follow Laren. He didn't disappear from them because he wanted the reward from the council of Magi. He would soon find his way back to the guild though. As he caught up to walking beside Laren, "I like him," he commented on Brurag, wondering her personal opinion, if she had one yet.

"He is very... Persistent," the elf said simply. She frowned slightly as she looked around at their surroundings. Some humans were giving them glares and they were attracting alot of attention because of the two orcs in their party, "Staying here longer than needed would be unwise..."

Kal nodded, "Then it's a good thing we need rest," he replied lightly and jokingly. He noticed the glares, but being slightly sleep deprived, he was a bit off his game and didn't act like he usually would.

"Lets make haste then to the Patriarch and then to the Archmage and finish our official business... it seems we could all do with a good rest and relaxation"
Now that the morning air's effect began to fade the toll of having spent nearly an entire day underground was starting to appear on his face, he was glad that the rest of the day was easily predictable but at the same time he felt restless, he figured he would probably make a visit to Edge before they continued on their journey, wherever it might go next.

Selce reassured herself by checking the Orb. After that she remembered she needed to make sure the items they had found were useful and cast an IDENTIFY spell on the sword. She figured the cloak could wait until after it wasn't full of a magical orb that may or may not do something when she cast a spell on the thing that covered it."Can we hurry? I don't know about the rest of you, but a day in a tomb throwing spells at things is quite exhausting." She commented.

(I'd rather buy new equipment.) Brurag didn't know what this group was up to, but he owed them his life. Also by the looks of things, the humans of this city seemed to have plans to rip him to shreds the minute he was away from their protection. After all even the most powerful warriors can only cut down so many. "I would like to accompany you on whatever quest it is that you pursue. You all saved me from a shameful, honorless death. I owe all of you my life, lending you aid is the least I can do." A cool breeze blew over him and the sack cloth prisoner pants he had been stuffed into when the humans capture him during his slumber suddenly made him feel weak. They were too light, he needed to have heavy armor covering his body for things to feel....normal again. Also it would probably help ease the minds of the foolish human peasants if he at least could find a shirt. He doubted anyone would sell him weapons so he would need to go and either find his old rusty, worn equipment or hope that the spirits would send him a gift in the form of more effective equipment. "My two axes and my leather armor back at my camp are....old......seeing as how I hide out in the wilderness most all of the time now I haven't been able to get new armor and weapons. My leather armor needs mending and even if it were it would still be very ineffective. My axes are old, rusting, and near blunt at the end of both blades (think warrior axe not lumber jack axe), I hate to ask of things from you already, but I am in dire need of new equipment, and even if I had anything of value, I doubt these humans would even consider speaking to me."

Kal piped in on that note. "I believe we all need refills. Health potions are running low, as well as a search for a store with enchanted items after our visit with the Magi might come in handy. I'll go shopping for things after our visits with the two higher up groups. Then we can all find a little more relaxation. Who knows, maybe they'll give.... What is your name anyhow?" he asked the Orc. "Perhaps they'll give you a pin of honor like they did Tjaden," he stated. He figured that would be in their best interest to see if they could. Without the pin, Brurag fit in here, like a ***** did in a jail cell with other prisoners. Not very well, to say the least. He figured they could drink and find something to eat while he shopped, he could visit the thieves guild, and still get back in time this afternoon to catch some shut eye.

Tjaden agreed with Erron and headed out with the rest in the direction of the temple district. He did not say much since, like the others, he was tired from his fighting. He wanted to be rid of the orb as quickly as possible, but they did need to speak on behalf of the Orc about the incident that had, no doubt, already made its way to the ears of the Temple of Balpheron.

Erron scratched his head as they walked before addressing Brurag
"Where do you come from? Its strange that you were captured in such close proximity to Haven."

Selce listened quietly waiting for the answers the group had asked. She began to see the various temples as they got closer. Selce studied the new addition to the group. The way he walked, the accent to his voice, everything trying to peg him into where he was from exactly. "Have you been wondering here abouts for long?" She asked curiously brows furrowed in a thoughtful exspression.

Making a sort of mocking grunt he quickly said "Hah...like any human would give me what shreds of honor they have left........." He did not expect anyone to voice a response so he walked in silence until finally they began questioning him about who he was and what he was doing here.
"My name is Brurag Grugash and I have lived most of my life in the land of the humans, although I have been in Dwarven and Elvish territory for a short time. I was born into a large and somewhat peaceful nomadic tribe of orcs. They still taught the true ways of the warrior and how to use one's anger as a weapon, but they were not aggressive or in any kind of conquest. They traded well with human caravans and were slowly becoming accepted by most in the human territory. Around the time of my seventeenth summer in this world some human hired a very large and successful band of mercenaries to exterminate the nomads and so it was. About a third of us were captured though and spent our lives in cages or on leashes, working as slaves or being executed for disobedience. Close to two summers later, in the late of winter on a cold and dark moonless night we found freedom. The foolish mercenaries had become so successful that their camp was crowded with cages and slaves. Other orcs and all manner of beasts of all shapes and sizes, each monstrous in their own way, littered the camp. Someone managed to undo many a cage and soon all the cells were open, all the chains were broken. The humans fought hard and cut down a great deal of my brethren and the beasts they had captured, but in the end they were simply overwhelmed. I took what orcs were left and created a group bent on revenge, crippling human supply lines and pillaging small settlements, finally exacting my revenge. It wasn't long though before the human's formed a large, well armed, and well armored military and set out to slaughter us. So we disbanded and went our separate ways until things would die down. I continued exacting my revenge, only on a smaller scale, getting enough to get by and staying one step ahead of angry search parties and mobs. I have lain low for the past year, letting it be believed that the terrible bandit had been slain or driven off. I had made a mistake in camping too close to a human city and my campsite was most likely spotted by a sentry of some sort. They caught me off guard and hauled me off to be executed for I was an orc. And as my early life had shown me, that was some horrid crime in the land of humans. If it eases your minds at all though, I really had been done with my days of pillaging. I planned on trying to get enough supplies to travel back to orc territory and see it with my own eyes, as I have grown sick of the human lands and more-so the humans themselves."
