Usagi no Shonen Blacklion001 Usagi no Shonen Blacklion001 Amber increased the power in the shield as it started to crack and kept a leash on the amount of Chakra she was using, careful not to kill Hanoku. *flails around and convulses with the power entering his body, the pure energy burning his skin as he curls into a ball and flails outward, the chakra dissapating and causing a wave of energy, like the gut feeling after a huge explosion* Amber adds a new element to her shield, and it begans to pulsate a green aura that fed in to Hanoku healing the cuts on his hands, as well as replenishing his energy. *tilts his head back and stops moving, his eyes returning to normal* Amber keeps a steady amount of Chakra flowing into the shield and opens a small hole in the shield so the gases could escape.

Water Walking
A more advanced training than tree walking. Like tree walking, a user must gather Chakra into the feet and constantly feed the appropriate amount into the water. The release of Chakra must match the weight of the body and the amount necessary to float. It is more difficult to control Chakra since water is not solid and constantly moving. This training is used to teach an individual how to create a specific amount of Chakra into any part of the user's body.((sup.....kira))

Leaf Concentration
This training requires a person to concentrate all his/her Chakra onto a leaf which is placed on the forehead. It's an effective way of training concentration. By calming the mind and defining a target, one is able to draw upon their maximum power. Rumor has it that the Leaf sign on the Hidden Leaf forehead protector originates from this training.*glares at the cat that was walking by*

It helps you do the other 3 trainings well and enables you to access more Chakra when doing jutsu. Amber powered down her kekkai genkai but stood at the ready. "You good Hanoku?"
