Well yer cause without the jutsu Sensor's all the Bloodline can do is Add a higher chakra level and learn all types of ninjutsu.
I dunno how to work out the chakra Sensor's i was thinking maybe there Stored in a thread and i Rp as the gaudian and its gaurded by jashim member's who cant be killed but if they feel they have been neaten then they will allow the person a certain amount of rinnegan Sesor's and each time they want more i Will step up the RP level make Sense?
That way i control how many bodies they can use sound Good?

Yeah.
And I have been thinking over a clan. There generally aren't medical jutsu bloodlines, so I'm still working with it.

yeah thats waht i have based her on.
and no mes you changed your Stat's to much. Wait till you die. but i wouldnt kill yourself off yet as it hasnt been released yet.

I know I will awit till its offically released and Ii only changed it once and I had a under the construction on the profile so they would know it would change.
