While Dan didn't invent the Guardians, his iteration did revive their franchise and it's his team that the movie is based on.
That said, really looking forward to when the movie hits DVD myself, can't wait to see the Marvel Miracle keep on going.

On no no no no no. You have to go see it in the theater it just isn't the same on DVD. Oh and when you do see it watch all the way to the end of the credits. There is a special prize if you wait. I personally can not believe how many people leave early and never get to see it.

I'm not a cinema person, last movie I saw in the cinema was.. I think Watchmen or Transformers 2.
And I know about the mid-credit and post-credit stingers.

Binge-watched The Thick Of It and the pre-sequel movie In The Loop, so now I know all about British politics, a few more artful swears (for a BBC show it's full of glorious, uncensored swearing) and Malcolm Tucker.
Before that I binge-watched all of Warehouse 13, which except for the last episode where everything was more or less shoehorned into a happy ending format, was a fun show with something good every episode.
I've also seen Live-Die-Repeat or Edge of Tomorrow or Tom Cruise's awesome death montage or reload the game already! or whatever they're calling it now.

I recently watched the season premiere of Haven as well as finished watching all 366 episodes of Bleach. I also just watched the Space Pirate Captain Harlock movie. Harlock has some kick-a** marines.
