"This is a sonic screwdriver i usally use it on machines and anything electronic it allows me to rewrite them but what i just did was channel my species main ability through it. I can control time this way also i can shoot out electrictiy but that wouldnt have helped there."

Opening the door, Rose and Orphis walked into the hallway. The place was crowded and there was food and drinks on a seperate table. Orphis looked around, looking for Koori, hopefully to ditch Rose

Uma continues to walk aroound the dance aquainting herself to the new faces. she takes a bit of punch and finds a seat contemplating and trying to figure how this dance will go.

"Vot ez it? Did you lose something?" Rose knew he was looking for Koori.
The manager offered to lend her a dress but she refused. There was no point if she didnt have a date. Instead she went back to work. She sat in the back sorting all the clothes.

Attempting to keep the color from rising to her face, she nodded and took his hand, a warm smile still on her face. It was like a dream come true.
Her find filled with many thoughts at once as the two walked towards where the dance was being held.
Oh my gosh! This is just like a fairy tale! "Knight in shining armor", it's so sweet! *insert inner-squeal here* You need to stop your heart from beating THAT fast, it's a miracle he can't hear it! Ok, just calm down. You'll be fine, just fine! He's a very sweet guy, and this could be quite fun!

((Well Martha has to live in Rose's shadow. I'm not sure who I like more. Sorry, I've seen the whole season, its pretty good. I like the Shakespeare Code))

Maryn sat constantly at her table making her glass of punch vanish and return over and over again she considered leaving even though she just got there but decided to stay a bit longer.

Orphis grew depressed when he saw that Koori wasn't there. "No, nothing." He said, turning back to Rose. 'What would you like top do?" He asked her, expecting the word dance to come up

Sai entered the dance with Sakura in hand. He looked over to the punch table and poured two glasses with his mind and brought it over to them.
"Here you are may fair lady"
Sai knew that it was corny, but he wanted to ease the tension that he could see welling up inside her.
[OMG yes! one hour left of work. Wait, I spent most of my time RPing >.>]

Koori worked a little longer before her manager finally shoo'd her out. Before she left though, he handed her a box and told her to take it and not open it until she got to her room. Koori promised she wouldnt and wondered what was in a box that small?

"Meu Deus..." he smiled slightly. He'd made it this far, right? Now all he had to do was open the door. He adjusted his tie again...it reminded his of Marcus. After all, he had given it to him. He'd bought it himself, saying to save it for a special occasion. Jesse always thought that those could only be weddings or fnerals when he was younger but...Marcus had bought the tie way too large for a reason.
...He placed his hand on the door and opened it slowly...
