70% of them are just pokemon traders and shiny hackers. 10% don't know what they're doing who battle. 20% are good battlers. When I ask for NU battle, most people will say "What's nu? does it mean new?" or "NU? sure I'll nu" then when I get in they think it means no ubers.
I've only been in the NU tier for about a week and a half. It is pretty damn fun. When was the last time you saw a choice specs Sharpedo?
