The ridge of your nose; Gently rub there a bit. Or, you can gently rub between your thumb and index finger. Breathe in through the nose and out of your mouth slowly as you rub either place and just relax yourself. Or you can just pop a couple Asprin and go lay down in the dark in complete and total silence? :3
