If so I'll pull up the picture of a smoker's lungs xD Anyway, when you breath in all those little pores expand to take in air. By your post, you stated that you didn"t realize I was inside of you until you felt the pain. Therefore I had time to secure myself in your lungs, I mean you're thinking the mass of my entire body as the crystalline mist. So I have probably seeped into most of those air pores in your lungs. So by spinning like a drill it wouldn't be a "sharp pain" it would be a massive bloody mess inside of your chest cavity, a lot more than a wounded lung. [think your lungs have pretty much been torn apart from the inside] Which means your body has probably just put out a crapload of adrenaline and gone into shock. but cold i think your injuried in such away you will die if you dont get immediate medical attention because even if you turned to dust most of the damage would of been done your lungs would have been shredded or at least cut up meaning that your lungs would be flooded with blood which would cause you to choke and suffocate
