Also: I didnt take on an element: Douka no Jutsu let me take on the SUBSTANCE. So elements dont really matter as long as its the same substance.
Besides, there are some techs you can only learn in the afterlife, best to die when you dont have any items to loseanyway

As a Mod, I'll have final say in it...and since I don't care he wins or loses....I just hate arguments.

So based on the evidence above. Dragon's character is now made of Cold's special crystal and has stolen its sovereignty from the creator. Thus creator being Cold's character that he himself stated covering his body in. And also stated that it IS NOT ice and thus no element was mentioned, so it would be viewed as Non-elemental. Though, its element should have no play on the this ability.

Lets see.... By request of Ryu, I shall put in my own ruling.
Douka Jutsu merely allows you to gain the properties of the object touched and change their body into such a substance. However, the only thing wrong about what Ryu said is only what breaks off of the user can be controlled. So that means Yukimura can still move even covered in the substance. Nothing more. So if I was to give my position in this:
Yukimura can still move. He is not frozen in place because of Gold taking on the property of the crystal. That's all I have to say.

So the ruling stands, Dragon is control of the material no longer attached to Cold. So, he has control over himself, the spear that is in his elbow, or what ever cystal Cold had left in Hidden Leaf.
