"I see." Zerkon turned away yet again, leaving the to to bicker about the current uprising conflict. He personally couldn't care less. Instead he turned to the piano and started playing a odd, yet upbeat tune. He seemed to lose himself in the music, not really responding to anything.

Inyl rolled her eyes.
"Let me explain. The humans have resources. Unlimited ones. They need anyone they can get to help them. They don't want the world to be consumed by darkness and neither do I. Of the ones to choose from, I went with the Templars, in London."
She spun the pistol on her finger and holstered it.
"They give me tons of money and things so I can operate without a hitch and I sometimes help them if I can. Think of me more as a mercenary than anything. This is a bit different than when I was in Azeroth with the Horde. My days there are over. This is here on Earth. s**t is going down and I want to stop it so this place doesn't become horrible. I can set aside my dislike for anyone who isn't a demon for a time."
The kitty crossed her arms.
"I got a whole group of magical folks that I lead now. It's pretty sweet."

Humans, or rather human women, are food to me so to speak. I see them as nothing else except one. From long ago in my other evil days with a mad queen who even I disliked serving. But even so, that human is my greatest foe and this is a disgrace.

Inyl put a hand on her forehead.
"...yeah. See, those are the weak ones who don't have magical powers. The ones I like are the ones who earned their place in life. Or have the ability to do so."
She shook her head.
"And besides, that whole soul stealing, life sucking thing is so 100 years ago. That's the reason everyone hates us in the first place. The humans have made some really cool stuff and I've learned to take what they know and apply it to what I know."
The kitty sat down on a bar stool. This was getting her nowhere.
"Not that I don't have plans for afterwards, but first things first."

Zerkon laughed to himself again, then teleported out of Kat's arms, to behind "Besides, I'd rather not get on the bad side of either of you sexy ladies."Zerkon smiled cheekily. "Well good, at least I figured out how that trick worked."

I don't exactly eat human women souls though I do absorb their life force if you don't count that as the same thing. Look at me.

The new war coming up involves my former race and I will help them win.

"They've grown on me I guess. Some humans aren't xenophobic assholes... and some are. But whatever. Just like some demons aren't twisted horrible monstrosities."
She stuck out her tongue.
"In fact, I don't know if we'll win."
The cat stood up and rose her arms.
"We stand at a time where our actions dictate what happens to this world. Will we drown in darkness or will we send it back into the hole that it came from? That's the part no one knows. They know the darkness is coming... but what happens when it does? That's why I fight. The wonder. The challenge. I've faced things that haven't been seen in ages. It's glorious."
She sat down on the edge of the table and adjusted one of her stockings.
"You've never seen me far from the action, why change now?"

I don't want to wonder about the darkness, I want to see it happen. I know what will happen if there is no darkness. So lets change it up a bit. twisted And even if there is no darkness I will still hunt women.
