I'm assuming it's some type of alcohol and orange juice. You know what? Looking it up.
A Mimosa is a cocktail-like drink composed of one part champagne (or other sparkling wine) and one part thoroughly chilled citrus fruit juice, namely orange juice unless otherwise specified.

And Lord P can't drink wine or beer without the immediate urge to vomit. Because Lord P thinks wine tastes like liquid wood and beer is worse than piss. And yes, Lord P is currently talking in the third person. And Lord P is sad because he ran out of whiskey a week ago...
