"He was worried about me." Lily told Ukaia softly, pouring a glass of water. "Vincent would be even scarier if he thought you were in danger." she murmured, then watched the neko closely before returning to Arlen's side, dismayed at his state. "Sweetheart..." she wheedled, attempting to hand him the water.

"I know" Ukaia siad with a sigh as she rubbed her head again
"It just.. touched things in me i'd rather not have touched alright" she said soflty with a sigh as she shook her head again rapidly forcing herself to ignore it

Lily looked up at Ukaia and offered a tentative smile. "I know, onee-chan." she murmured. "Are you going to be alright?" she asked, still sitting close to Arlen, one arm again around his waist.

"I'll be fine. BUt i'm going to take a walk" she said simply. She said as she wlaked towards the front door
"THey are jsut memories. THey can't hurt me anymore" She chuckled osflty. THen looked back at them
"I jsut have to convince the rest of my body that" she said and shut the door behind her taking a ddeep breath of fresh clear air from outside

Lily sighed, then fell into a silent vigil, watching over Arlen.
Vincent came downstairs with the distinct impression that he'd missed something. Seeing Lily and Arlen confirmed that, and he frowned, then followed Ukaia's scent, opening the door carefully. "Sweet?" he called, looking around for her.

Ukaia turned around looking at vincent. She had tears in her eyes.. and then she simply pounced him hugging him tightly and sniffling soflty
"They are jsut memories.. they can't hurt me ' she muttered into his chest as she shivered

Arlen reached out to take the water with his dominant right hand. "Ah," he almost yelped and dropped the glass of water.

"Hey..." Vincent closed the door, then held Ukaia tightly, frown deepening. "It's alright... no one will hurt you while I'm here." he whispered, stroking her hair. "What happened, sweet?" he asked, thoroughly perplexed.
Lily winced as the glass fell to the floor; luckily it didn't break, only got water all over the place. "I'm sorry... I should have kept tighter hold on it." she whispered, stroking his cheek. "Do you want another?"

Uakai sniffled quietly
"A lost spirit borrowed Lily's body, and Arlen got very angry at it. and he got his arm all on fire in back fires" she said sniffling more as she held him tightly
"and everything is fine now " she said sniffling

"No, it's alright," Arlen said still wincing from the action. His hand felt as if it was on fire, which is ironic because it didn't hurt at all when it actually was on fire moments ago.

"I... see." Vincent murmured. He had a few questions, but now wasn't the time. "I'm sorry you were scared, sweet." The man added, rubbing her back soothingly. "We can stay out here for as long as you need, alright?"
"Okay." Lily whispered, moving her fingers to his hair, stroking lightly. "If you need anything, tell me, alright?"

She nodded a bit into his chest sniffling a little more
"HIs tone.. the memories.. they hurt.. but they are just memories.. they can't hurt me any more" she said quietly hugging tighter to him. she forced hrself to pull back a little bit as she looked at him sighing agian.

"Uka... sometimes memories do hurt." he whispered, one hand cupping her cheek. "It's okay to admit that. It's okay to be upset, too." he added. "If you want, I'll thrash him." Vincent told her, not at all meaning it, but needing to offer.
"I'm not sure." Lily murmured, kissing his temple. "It's probably still around though... it was so scared, even before everything." she shook her head, biting her bottom lip. "I want to help it..."
