Because force-controlling another player like that has GOT to be god-modeing, even for this guild
Again, it also brings of the question of why do that to a member of an allied side. Unless you're really just out to be an a*****e stare

Because Hido being an Ice user is neutral, the only reason hes fighting the Agents is because they are whipping on konoha XD

Mythic229 if I use outsider bond, it binds my chakra to ice type until deactivated giving me full control of all ice in the area thats what you said. But Outsider Bond doesnt say anything about being able to control the element you bond to.
