Or me how to be white.
"Uhh. Dance bad?"
You forgot the part where you somehow control everything and manage to be the source of ultimate evil.
That's only if you're a white
man.
No, that's white altogether... remember, you guys are trying to steal EVERYONE'S men.
Its just that we men have the distinction of somehow being the orchestrators of the greatest yet worst hidden conspiracy EVAR. Recently at one of Luna's seminars she was told that the concept of White Privilige means that every white person is inherently racist... by the instructor.
How ******** up is that? We can effect the lives of everyone on the planet with our evil ways, but can't fool the most simple minded crackpots out there?
I submit that it might just be the white women running the conspiracy and as usual, blaming the men.
Aye! *raises coffee mug*
Seriously though... sick. I friggin
hate getting blamed for all the hate in the world.
Why on Earth is it our fault about what happened in the past? I mean, seriously! We're doing enough stuff to be blamed for in the present, can't you focus on that?
xd More seriously, that's one of the things that really bugs me about Santa Cruz. There are so many organizations there who focus so much on the injustices done in the past. No, they ought not to be forgotten and if there are lingering problems, they ought to be fixed. However, blaming the people of the same race decades/centuries removed from the problem doesn't help. There's one in particular that bugs me. M.E.ch.A or something like that. Basically it's a Mexican/Latin American student group who have no concept of what really happened in the past. They revise historical events at a whim to suit themselves. Hell, even the other hippies don't like them! They had a sign up at Thanksgiving thanking us for taking their land. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Mexico's not on the East Coast, right? I'll admit, the holiday may have some not-so-savory roots. However, I didn't think they tied into Mexico directly.
Bah. I don't like getting political, personally. Too much injustice that needs to be corrected and so little to do about it. Even from the standpoint of one not directly affected by it, it's frustrating, y'know? You just wish something could be done, but because so many people on so many fronts are wrapped up in their own power games on other issues, nothing is done about subjects that really need adressed while ridiculous issues (can't find any ridiculous laws that were passed recently, so you'll just have to think back to some fairly useless meaningless law on your own) get the attention of the lawmakers. So frustrating.
Okay, I'm done.
