So let it be known that the GameStop closest to me is stupid, I went back today and got Entie, apparently they just left riakou event up and didn't switch it before I came by.

Ah it's ok oh but another thing.
Due to it's high stats Garchomp isn't considered legit in a standard OU battle.
For Garchomp is considered Uber. So unless otherwise noticed before the battle he's banned
