"Brown, though, huh?" Atem asked, changing the direction of the talk towards Ember's hair. "Hmm..." He would never admit it, but he had liked the color of her hair before.

"So it's been a few months, did you say? Interesting. I wonder how much time has passed for them since you got here." Atem suddenly gasped in horror. "Oh no! What if when we manage to get back everyone's all old and wrinkly?" Though not very sneaky, Seto had checked them into a hotel. He could keep a tab on Kira and make her leave if she got too close to them for comfort, and he doubted Ryou was going to try to run off or get help. Seto already told the boy that if he tried anything, anything at all, he would take over Kira and make her kill herself. As Seto relaxed on the bed, Ryou was half glaring at him from the other side of the small room they were currently sharing.
"I don't think you'd do it." Ryou said sullenly. "Kill Kira. I know she's important to you, to what you're after. You want to ensure that the pharaoh has a proper heir, right? And killing Kira won't help with your cause. It's just a bluff to keep me in line."
Seto chuckled, putting his hands behind his head. "It's working, though, isn't it? Besides..." He continued, a sly look on his face. "I know your little secret, Ryou."

"All the more reason to try and find a way back as fast as we can." Atem said, nodding his head. "I really wish Khalid was around... I bet he's got some ingenious way to get back." Bakura wasn't too sure as to why the other Bakura had taken control so briefly, but didn't think too much about it as he rode on. He was glad when he approached the oasis; he wanted to tell Rei about all that he found out at the palace.

"yea...but you never know with him.." ember said.
Up ahead he would see a dark mass. when he got closer he would see that it wasn't just rei laying there,there was a pack of wild dogs around her. Rei wasn't moving. A few of them were just laying around.One dog was lapping at the blood that was pouring from a bite wound in rei's neck. Another was trying to tear her leg off,treating her like a carcass they had found lying around.When he got even closer he would see she was covered in cuts and bite wounds. When the dogs saw the horse coming they circled around rei growling,trying to protect there meal.

"Yeah." Atem sighed. "I know." Bakura froze when he saw the scene. Immediately, thoughts flowed into his head, probably from the other Bakura. 'Good! This is wonderful! You knew that she had only been holding you back; that was the main reason you weren't able to finish off the pharaoh and get revenge for Kul Elna, right? Because you knew she needed you, because you needed her. But all you have to do now is ride off, wait for the body to be finished off, and come back later. End of your problem!' Bakura tried to get off the horse, trying to ignore the thoughts. But the other Bakura seemed to have taken partial control, or he was just too paralyzed from the sight to move. The voice continued on. 'Think, you idiot, THINK! You need to avenge Kul Elna! You can't do that with worries about her! Don't you want to get back at the pharaoh for all that he and his family has done to you and your family, your friends, everyone you had known? Kul Elna. You need to.'

After a bit of growling the dogs went to her body. One grabed her leg and continued to tug. After a while there was a pop and rei let out a scream and started to strugle. You could see she was weak. The one continued to pull on the leg More started to pounce and bite and tear into her as she struggled. Once of the larger dogs went after her neck biting down and thrashing her around. Blood spilled out of the sand as she screamed.

The two Bakuras struggled viciously for control of the body. In the end the older Bakura one, easily outclassing the mere tomb thief. But all of this seemed to be too much strain on the body itself. Bakura experienced a somewhat familiar, uncomfortable, feeling, and his body was quickly shaken by violent convulsions as a seizure took over.
