"Who kept trying to kill me?" Shadow asked, his memories still hadn't returned past his youth in his old home. Shadow walked over to the large stone door of the crypt at the back of the cemetary and pushed it open. he gazed in at the long stairs that decended down into the crypt. "Keep talking now." he said as he decended the stair and reach a long corridor with another stone door at the end of it that resinated with heavy magical wards. He waited for Nadea at the bottom of the stairs.

Shadow growled at hearing Ryu's name again. He couldn't picture the man exactly but he knew almost instinctivly that he was a daemon and that he was more trouble for Shadow than he was worth. "good." he said quickly without even thinking. "He should have been exterminated a long time ago after he tried to kill Vickilyn." he added and then shook his head with shock. "I don't know were that came from... I am sorry." he said with a small bow as he turned his attention to the door. He examined the wards that were blocking the way and recodnised them. He had been using the same ones since he learned to use wards. "And down they go." he said as he waved his hand infront of the door. The wards lowered and the door swung open. Shadow walked into the main chanber that he had converted a while back. The pinao was in the corner just a few feet away from his desk that was still covered in tomes. Chairs were scattered aroudn the place next to two tombs that were both protected by magic. Shadow looked to the oposing side of the room to see another door. With a small sigh he entered the room and walked to his old desk.

"Shadow sat in his old chair that he used during times of study but little to nothing returned to him except a feeling that he had been here before. "Nothing yet." he said with a sigh as he placed his hand on one of Nagash's tomes. A large surge of necromantic energy passed out of the book and ran straight into Shadow. He fell back and out of his chair, hitting his head hard off the groung. As he lay there, his memories slowly started to come back but Shadow was still unsure if everythign was just a dream or not.

Shadow coughed violently as everything in his long life came flooding back in one very short moment. His eyes opened wide and he turned his head to look at Neade. "Was I dreaming?" he asked. He wasn't sure if his journey to the daemon world was a dream or if this was a dream. Everything had returned to fast, he was still confused.

Liara just looked at the dog. Then it hit her. " Tammy!" she said smiling. The dog barked and Liara picked it up and help Tammy in her lap. "How did you get here girl? You are suposed to be with mother." Liara said examining her to make sure that Tammy was in one piece. "You probably need to eat. Stay here I`ll go get you something. In the dinning room she waved at a servant and the servant came to her right away. "Can i get a steak please." Liara whispered. This time the servant took a minute or so to come back. "Thank you." she said taking the steak and walking away. In the room Tammy ate the steak all in one bite. "You sure are hungry. Well we ought to get some z`s now so night Tams. " Liara said rolling over onto her side.

"You can live an eternity in two minutes if you are dreaming." he said as he rubbed the back of his head for a moment. "Vargulf." he said quickly in response to her question. His head felt as though it had been hacked apart by an angry dire rat. Everythign to him was a little hazy, fragments of memories had returned but he was still peiceing everything together.

Shadow tilted his head up to look at what he had tyouched. "I hate you Nagash. I really do." he said to himself as he realised what had been going on. He had caused his memory loss himself in order to stay sane and get back. It would have only needed a small surge of necromantic power for him to regain his memory. Shadow had hoped that his aprentice would have been the first he would find so she would be able to undo it and have his memory return over a short time but now he had to deal with everything at one. "They are comming for us Nadea... They might come one at a time or alll at once but no matter what I don't think we can win this one this time." he said as he forced himself to sit up.
