*She steps back from Miggy slightly and sits back on the sofa. She felt a bit stronger now, and decided to tug at the shackles she'd failed to remove.*

He suddenly smashes through the window behind the group, running over to the sofa. He picks the Vampire up and hoists her over his shoulder. He grins at Logan and Miggy. "Evening ladies, just doing my rounds." He then waves thyen runs back to the window, jumping out, taking Rikku with him.

Relax...they won't get far...there's not a place in the city I can't find her...unless she's with that shadow b*****d...he's a foolish one, that one...give me a minute to regain my strength and I'll be on her before you can blink.

*Logan chased Kinikki's scent through New York untill it suddenly disappeared... She stopped and kicked a wall so hard she cracked the bricks. She put her hands up to her head and decided she needed to destress...*
Dam him to hell again...
*She muttered as she headed to her cave. She only had her black tant top on, her coat and all her other carry around stuff had been left in Gaijin's appartment when she had started to chase kinikki. She started to jog towards the sea cliffs, she got less strange looks from mortals that way and once there she went into her cave, unhid the rifle case and undid it. She prepped the rifle for firing and got her blue hooded top and 36 rounds from the case as well.
Then she left the cave and lay the weapon down on the ground at the base of the cliff under her cave and covered it with her fleece. She unhid some targets - black circle in white surround - and held onto them tightly as she dived into the ocean. She swam a km out to sea untill she got to the buoy that signalled the edge of the shipping lane. She climbed onto and attached a target to the stand above the main buoy before diving back into the icy ocean and swimming back to shore.
Once back she jumped around a little bit to warm her muscles back up before doning the hoody and laying down with the rifle. She set herself up with the two point sling wrapped round her arm and took aim on the bobbing target. She checked her position and then loaded a round into the rifle before starting her breathing pattern. After three breaths and a slight pause she fired the rifle and a loud bang echoed round the cliffs before being numbed by the ocean and not being heard by most mortals.
She unloaded and reloaded another round, fired another shot and then looked through the telescopic sight on the rifle - she fires with iron sights, no scope - which was situated to the side of the main sights to check the position of the two rounds. She moved the sights accordingly then got ready to fire another shot. She checked the wind, adjusting her wind zero accordingly, loaded and fired.
She continued like this for a while.*

"so then mortal" she enquired, her voice rolled like silk from her berry stained lips as her confidence that she would get through this alive grew. "tell me why you are different, why is it that you hunt those who can outrun you, have your strength in multiples and will surley outlive you? you must have somthing that keeps you fighting against these odds? tell me what that is..." She looked up at him through black eyelashes, eyes the colour of the ocean stared into him, a ring of fire dancing almost hypnoticlly around the pupil. She focused on his mind, willing him to set aside his mistrust of her kind for a moment as curiosity replaced her fear.

Smirking as he span the car round the corner leading onto one of New Yorks main streets, he did a double check in the mirror to see if Rikku was still there. He'd spent a good half hour modifying the shackles into handcuffs, and he was damn proud. He was proud of the car, too. Only a professional could have done it like he did - stealing the car, and switching the plates with an identical car. Averting his attention back to the traffic, he still has the malicious grin on his face.

Pulling out in front of a another car, he smirks as the driver gives him a mouth full of what for. Glancing in the mirror at Rikku, he smirks. "Cant have you giving the game away, can I?"
