easy..
Chakra Refractor - repels all things that are created by means of chakra <<
meaning..
all things pure chakra or things make of chakra..
if that doesn't do it..
then Natural Shield and Heavy Stander all amped to level 3..
Natural Shield makes all projectiles become useless and can cause up to 0 damage XD
Heavy Stander makes close range melee attacks pointless and causes no knock back but instead causes the mob AI to instantly recover and smash counter you <<

Tin: It's Nara's shadows imbued with the ice element... it freezes anything it touches, as well as dealing frostbite damage, and allowing me to do a crap ton of stuff to you... copy your techs, learn your history and tech list... clan skills... etc.

Shes immune to electricity... shes immune to most elemental, slashing, stabbing, bludgeoning... draining.... and pure chakra damage... I only have one idea how to kill her but its way to risky.... *has fought her before*

she's immune to lightning/electricity due to Hidden Mist's tech with that lightning armor <<

Kenpachi vs Maki [Bount arc]
you saw the zanpaku-tou obliterated even when his senses were trapped and he was pretty much in the dark..
same for when he went against Tousen in pitch dark XDD
so in both cases.. a "Kenpachi" build will obliterate you're techniques XDD

Tin: Well Hido's style isn't to decimate you with power... you noticed I never said I could kill you with my shadows... (which I guess technically with clan techs I can) but that I could use all of your 'raw stats' against you... your techs, your ability to move, etc.
