...Espeically right now.
I went to the viewing tonight, and that was okay... But Essy, well yesterday when we got up she had a temprature of 101°F I was worried, but without any other symptoms what was the doctor going to do? So we gave her some Tylenol and I knew that I'd be keeping an eye on her. Got El to school and ran some errands with Essy by the time we got the girls from school and got home I knew it was time to give Essy Tylenol again. I took her temprature and it was 103.5°F. At this I was more than worried! I called up the doctor and while they didn't have any appointmens left open they worked her in. That age and that temprature; not a good mix! Essy has a confirmed case of Influenza A... yay! (please note that 'yay' is dripping with sarcasm).
So I told the doctor we have Grandma's viewing Friday and funeral Saturday. She said that anyone without a fever (and not exhibiting other symptoms) was cleared to go to the funeral and viewing. The really crappy part about all this is I've got to stay away from Dad for the next three weeks. And that is sincere. While Dad was in the hospital last time he and I had a good talk and one that we needed to have. Bridges may yet be mended and I am thrilled beyond words! But with Essy having a confirmed case of the flu and me being her primary caretaker... we just can't risk Dad.
Oh, that's what started my rant... Essy can't go to the funeral 'cause she's got the flu. This created a problem 'cause Hubby's one of the paulbearers and well... it' my grandma. So... Hubby's dad surprised me. He's willing to watch Essy tomorrow. Now, normall we don't even go visit Hubby's dad if we've got colds... So his willingness to do this literally broughttears to my eyes (the good kind). But that's one of the things that has made getting though all this with Grandma bearable. There has been such an outpouring of love and support. (That includes you guys; thanks <3)

Jen: Its okay, that just means I have a little longer to have a social life this semester. I'm gunna keep trying though.
Petite: I'm the 10th, my mom is the 24th, and my sister is the 2nd. Lots of February birthdays!

Woaw, lots of people in February indeed! in my family, it's mostly April XD My twin brother and I are born on April 30th, My grandma on April 4th as my godmother and godfather (what a coïncidence here XD), my lover is born on april 10th, and some of my friends are also born in April by the way <3

Well, that is certainly the first time I ever see a computer start smoking. :o
The past two days, my computer has been randomly completely powering off. I suspected a hardware issue but it didn't seem like it necessitated diagnosing just then.
Today I'm playing a game on the computer and it powers off. A few seconds later, I hear a sizzle, followed by POOF. I've never unplugged a computer and tore open its case so fast. xd Thankfully it didn't catch on fire...
Looks like I won't be able to play any games until I can replace the power supply. sad
