He nods and motions for her to follow him down the street. He leads her about 2 blocks before they come to a very familiar coffee shop, the nearest to his home after all. He walked up to the door, holding it open for her before following her inside. They took their seats, placed their orders, and then he sat back in his seat. Well then, I take it you saw Logan and I earlier with Rikku.

He woke up only a few hours later, still feeling Mia's body heat on him. He turned ever so slightly, looking at her and smiling. He just lay there for awhile, the first time he was ever really comfortable so close to anyone.

Who's to say that I didn't notice you Serena? Could have just been that I didn't want to draw attention. Or it could have been that I was a little busy trying to get Rikku to safety. So, what's your story? Why were you so concerned?

Gaijin raised an eyebrow. Didn't you know? Rikku was kidnapped by Shadow Shi! Somehow she escaped and we took her to my apartment because it's one of the only safe places nearby. She was too weak too make it very far. We hope she can lead us back to Shadow Shi.

Calm down. Yes, she was taken and no we don't know exactly why. Besides to promote chaos. Among the others taken were Neko and Xan. One other I believe, but I can't think of his name. A Lycan if I remember correctly. I'm suprised you hadn't heard of it.

Well, I need to go and hit the sack. Drink's on me. Maybe we'll talk again. With that, he went to the counter and paid before walking out and heading back towards his apartment. When he got there, he went up the stairs and looked around, seeing Rikku and Logan still sleeping. He went and sat down against the side of the bed on the floor and closed his eyes to sleep.

*She wakes up suddenly, sitting up and looking around. She'd had a nightmare about it all. She rubs her forehead gently then notices the shackles still attatched to her wrists. She pulls at one of them slightly then looks around the room.*

-The woman hadn't slept in three days, and even still she looked gorgeous. Her hand was now bandaged from punching a mirror that very evening. She was still angry, but now she sensed her sister. So she roamed the streets, drawing ever closer to her presence, her mind calling out to her sister.-
