As the group goes to leave the house, more guards storm in are heard storming the door. Kakashi decides since Zaan and Kenji are using full power, he might as well try his Hollow form. As the door's kicked in, which can be heard upstairs, Kakashi pulls the mask across his face and replies, "I've got these guys. I'll be back shortly," as he walks downstairs with a smirk. All that Zaan and Kenji hear are four screams and then a dull thud. They then see Kakashi reappear up the stairs replying "That was too easy."

Kenji smirks and walks up to the portcullis, annoyed by how strongly built it looks. Grabbing onto the bars with his hand, the metal gets hot and oozes to the ground, allowing a small passageway into Kaven's lair. Squeezing through, Kenji walks up to the door and waits for the others.

Zaan follows Kenji into the large castle and looks around. Narrowing his eyes at a spot near the door, he swears. "Kenji! Get down!" Not waiting for a response, Zaan hurls his dagger at the corner. A man fades into sight, clutching the dagger embedded in his chest. "Staked!" Another man appears, staring at his companion. Zaan summoned his dagger quickly and settled into a fighting stance.

Kenji swings at the man, sending a blue bolt of lightning at the man. Seeing him crumple, he turns to Zaan to see what the matter is.

Kakashi covering the rear, casually walks through the melted bars to see the two men crumpled on the ground. He replies, "Stealing all the fun...".

Zaan grins. "Keep up then!" He chuckles and leads the way deeper into the castle, alert for more fights.

Kakashi covers their rear as always, as they begin to ascend the stairs. Off in the distance, he can hear cries from the guards, after finding their dead comrads. He whispers to Zaan and Kenji, "Boys we better quicken the pace, we should avoid uneccesary fights, Kaven is gonna be one strong son of a $%^&*."

Zaan sighs. "In this case, Kakashi...there are no unnecessary fights. The more of these idiots we take out now, the fewer Kaven has to call in as reinforcements when we find him." Zaan considers a moment. "I have no doubt this place will be empty when we are through. Kaven always was a coward who hid behind his servants."

Kenji stayed behind the two, watching the walls intently. He kept up with the two, but at a few points stopped altogether.

Zaan notices Kenji's odd behavior. "Something interesting, chi...Kenji?"

"There's... blood leaking out of the walls." Kenji states. "It's forming little pools at the ground level..."
He walks over to the area and places his finger in the pool.
"It's from a LOT of different things... and it's all, tainted somehow."

Zaan collects a bit of the blood himself and tastes it. He groans before spitting it back out himself. "My God! There was Tremere blood in that...along with Lasombra, Tzimisce, Gangrel...I can't believe it. What is Kaven up to? What is he thinking?" He walks away from the walls, muttering to himself.

As Kakashi walks down the halls, the blood begins to sink into his shoes. Kakashi mutters "damnit" to himself and then continues following close behind his two comrades. After Kenji mentioned the blood leaking from the walls, Kakashi began to inspect the walls in case of a trap. From behind he heard a rustling and whispered to Kenji and Zaan, "We've got company".

Kenji smiles. "You just now caught that...?" He questions, a small gout of flame on his hand.
Spinning sharply, he hurls the fire into the darkness behind them, watching it erupt and send small bits of fire all over, illuminating the darkness.

Kakashi anticipates Kenji's move and sends a kunai hurling right behind the fireball. The kunai connects to a solid werewolf like creature that howls and begins to charge the group rearing its bloody fangs.
