Humming to herself, Lovissa wanders idly around the hotel. Pausing to gaze out a window over a well kept garden, she wanders briefly why she's there. Simple. It was a big building and she wanted to explore. Giggling a bit at her reasoning she turns from the window and continues wandering.

As she walks she realizes that the cool air from the air conditioning has raised small goose pimples along her arms and legs. This leads her to the decision that she should exit the hotel in search of heat and sun. Quickly finding a door leading outwards she slips it open and out into the beautiful morning atmosphere. Gazing around she looks up a down the paths leading to various places, one of them she knows leads to a pool. She can smell the chlorine. Taking a guess she begins following a path that leads around the hotel, hopefully towards the pool.

Lucky for her, she meanders her way to the entrance gate to the pool and lets herself in. Glancing around she notices that it is rather crowded. Kids splash in the shallow end while their parents swim laps or sunbathe. Deciding to follow suit, she walks over to plop herself down onto the elongated chair next to a blond in a skimpy black bikini.

Slipping her feet quickly from her white sandals first she happily stretches out, letting the sun beat down on her only lightly tanned skin. The short blue skirt she wears drapes lazily over her legs, and her simple white tank top fits nicely over her modest chest. Deciding to be friendly she speaks up as she brushes her loose hanging silvered hair over her shoulders.

"Hello. It's a magnificent day, isn't it?"

Nodding a bit, Lovissa lets her gaze fall on the children splashing happily in the water. A broad smile slips across her face.

"That it is. It's kinda nice to be out and about for once. Especially on such a lovely day"

Still watching the kids, Lovissa never realizes that anyone with half an IQ point would wonder why she considered going to the hotel pool 'out and about' considering she should have been staying in the hotel and would have probably only walked for two minutes to get there. But then again, if you knew that she actually lived in a tent not far from the recently destroyed Leviathan Stadium, it would be easy to see why coming into Latent would be a rare occurance.

Turning to smile back at Meryl, Lovissa shakes her head briefly. Not wanting to impose, she kindly declines the offer of drink.

"No thanks, I'm fine."

Then she lets her gaze once more travel around, lingering on the children, then moving on to observe the others aswell. Blinking she catches several men turning their gaze away from Meryl as her eyes come to them. Blinking stupidly she arches a brow and wonders why they were staring. Offhandedly she debates mentioning it, but declines. Not wanting to seem like a total idiot. Even though she is.

Blinking a bit, Lovissa tumbles over Meryl's words. Wondering deftly why you would want to tame a man. Hadn't her father tried to tame her? Hadn't it made her terribly miserable... Then again, sometimes there were a lot of things she didn't understand. She liked Lazenca and had never wanted to tame him. Maybe it was like a game for the other woman. Games are fun, so all the power to The Taming Game. So long as no one got hurt.

Finally coming back to reality, Lovisaa nods a bit and swings her legs over the edge of the sunbed. Taking the lotion she squeezes a sufficient amount into her palm then kneels beside Meryl's sunbed. First Lovissa rubs her hands together a bit, enjoying the cool slimely feeling of the lotion, then she sets about applying it to her companion's back, being careful to cover all the skin and work the lotion in well. Even going so far as to offer her own sloppy, haphazard back rub as she enjoyed the way her hands at first seem to glide over the other's skin.

Once finished she scoots herself back and bit, then sits down cross legged on the cement near her own sunbed and tilts her head back to smile up at the sky. It really is a beautiful day.

Why would she lie? Unless maybe it's a crime to sneak into a hotel....

"I was bored and went for a walk"

Not entirely a lie, not entirely the truth, but since it was partially true, Lovissa felt confident in saying it. No second thoughts.

"It was a nice morning, so I thought I'd get out and do something. It's better than sitting around with nothing to do."

In all truth, the down time was beginning to bore Lovissa out of her mind. She had no need for a job, seeing as her father was still paying her way. If she wants she could book a room in the hotel and stay there. Her father wouldn't question it. He had after all kicked her out, so he felt the least he could do was pay for her expenses. All she had to do to pass the time, was play with the kittens, and that was fast losing it's novelty, considering there is a light network of scratches now marring both of her arms.

Yawning, Lovissa positions her butt the proper distance from the sunbed so that she can lean back and her neck folds gently over the egde, allowing the back of her head to rest on the top of the sunbed. Boredly she allows her head to loll to the side and watch the two kids playing. Smiling a bit she wonders how long it will be before the little neko girl retaliates. Giggling she remebers a few times, ambushing her brothers as they returned from their sparring lessons. She had always been overpowered and tickled into submission, but it had been good fun.

Alexiel looked from the girl to Daemon and smiled. "He won't hurt you... his name is Daemon, but you can call him Dae... and I'm Alex. Do you have a name?" It was likely the girl had been living on the streets all her life, not a good life for someone her age.

Yargh! Nobody takes his hat and gets away with it... only he'd have to avenge himself some other time. Instead, for now, the swashbuckler made a sour face as he waited quietly. This ship had better get a move on soon, as he was not exactly a very patient person.
