Walking into the lounge where he had been he collasped into a chair. "I need something to drink, seeing you isn't good for my health after the hell I went through."

"You could ask how I came to be here. And I would say I've been traveling since you disapeared. I happened upon here entirely by chance. And when have I ever been bad for your health?" Lais leaned against the door her lavander eyes peering into her brothers blue ones. "I have never effected your health."

"Showing up on my door step wouldn't be a surprise?" A glass of wine in hand he got up and shambled back to her, "You see the way I walk, you want to know why I'm walking this way? I'll tell you the Inquisition is here and they've been attacking people." His hand shook slighly as he took slow sips.

Lais noticed every defunction of his movements. "Lovely place you chose to live. Why don't you leave if it's so bad?" Lais got a chair and sat down. "Why live somewhere where you're going to be attacked for no reason?" Lais noticed many changes in her brother, she couldn't say she cared for a lot of them.

"Well considering I've been living here longer then they have and I've killed some of their men despite the number they did on me. I'm a stubborn b*****d and I'm not going to be forced to move so quickly, besides I have things to look forward to here. Throw in that I've actually set myself up economicly, make a lot of money selling wine and other drinks here."

Lais sighed. "You are far to stubborn for your own good, but then again so am I. Guess it's genetic. Better hope we dont have any kids." Lais joked a bit trying to lighten up the situation. "Good thing we're not married either."

He had to laugh, handing her a bottle of wine, "Better drink that and sit down then." He waited tell she had seated herself and began to drink, "I told you there were some things here for me to look foward to, one is my upcoming wedding. Although you being here should not upset that idea."

Lais had just taken a big gulp of wine when he said he was getting married. She fought the reaction to spit it out and swallowed hard. "You and matrimony don't mix. At least it didn't used to. Have you become a one woman man while living here?"

"I'm not that young any more and I need to make something that will last." Glaring at her for a while, "And circumstances force that upon me. There aren't that many woman around here without a little sneaking around." Shruging and giving a little sigh, "Besides it's not like you would have your pick of men here either. This place is pretty small."

Lais scrunched her nose. "This place doesn't sound like much of a catch. Not many people, people beating you up, not my cup of tea." She crossed her legs out of habit and took a drink of wine. "So what is it that appeals to you?"

"Well for one my dear sister, no court politics. I don't have to play the game, if that means less fun then so be it. Two, while I did get trounce I still kicked them in the teeth and I don't expect them to be staying too long. I was planing a hunt before you show'd up. Besides this place is amusing and I can always go traveling if I want to."

Lais nodded. "Maybe I'll try it out for a while. There has to be something appealing, or else you wouldn't have stayed so long." She finished off the wine. "So what do you do for fun around here? Get drunk?" She laughed.

Quin consider her words, what did they do for fun here, "Well we did have a bar, but I kind of destroyed it. But yeah, getting drunk is one of the things, of course what you need to do is get a few people together and go get other's drunk. Really I don't know what most people do here for fun. I've been able to widdle away my time amusing myself in my own way."

Quin looked to those in the room, pointing to Percy, Fortune, and Remy, "Take your pic, as far as I know those are the only ones besides Giles and Guy, but you won't go for them and I think Joie and Fluer already called some of them. A few faces went a little red with that, and a groin from Remy, "That reminds me, how's the baby sitting?" Remy shook his head, "Thankfully haven't had to repeat that experiance since that night." Looking back to her, "You can always go looking around the clan, I could show you around."
