Important note:Only the LunerKage can preform this type of Fuuinjutsu unless he teach other people it.
Effect:This jutsu is a very high leveled and dangerous training jutsu. It resricts the users from using his/her jutsu or even channaling his/her chakra.
Because the ninja with this seal cannot channal his/her chakra that person movements and combat abilitys will be hinderd to the point where they can barly move, however long exsposer to this jutsu will also enhanch the person with the seal on them when it is removed. Thats if they can live that long.
Also the one who performs the jutsu cannot use this on him/her self that is imposible since they will need to channal thier chakra to remove it, this seal cannot be remove by anyone other then the one who puts the seal on the person.
((This is just one of the jutsu I plan to use on people who want heavy training))

Effect: After performing the needed hand signs, Baku will be able to emit his chakra through his body in waves, constantly flowing it out and inside himself thus not needing to pump extra chakra into the technique. This lets his use his chakra to protect himself and dispel any poison type attack or substance from harming him.

Chakra points: Depends on the water jutsu used
Effect: After performing a water jutsu, the Myousumi is able to add their own blood to the water thus transforming the water into a blood/ink based liquid. The Myousumi will then be able to control the liquid and create whatever they see fit using Choujuu Giga in conjunction with the liquid. Also the liquid can reshape at the cost of another Choujuu Giga use making an infinite amount of ink possible for attacks.

Effect: After performing the set of hand signs, a mist of blood infused ink will pour from the mouth of the Myousumi and condense with the air. for barrier type jutsu you must put how much def it increases for your character because all barriers can be broken do to the stat system.
for your first jutsu its what the Hyuuga do for there clan attack so can not be approved.
