Roka frowned and stepped up behind Aariel, wrapping his arms around the angel's waist and hugging him lightly. "Why are you crying, love? Tell me what's wrong."

Aariel wiped his eyes incase any other tears fell and just hugged his mate "its nothing, just the hieroglyphic writting on the back of this ankh" he said showing his rabbit the small symbols on the back of the ankh. "were etched into the ankh by my mother who could read and write in hieroglyphics and those symbols basically make up a message for me, something I hadnt looked at in months and it just brought back the memories of watching her etch them into the ankh on the day she died.
Weak and frail she had started to become but she wanted to leave us something to remeber her by so she gave me the ankh with a message etched in it for me and she gave my brother a gold statu of anubis and there was a message etched in it for him. I just miss my mother thats all, I only knew her for five years of my life and though im greatful to be able to spend that with her I just wish she was around longer, ya know?" he said as he nuzzled his mates chest and sighed.

Roka nodded even though he really had no idea what it was like to only know his mother for 5 years before she died. Sighing heavily himself, he gathered Aariel close and kissed the top of the angel's head. "Maybe unpacking wasn't such a wise idea. You know what? You should go take a nice long bath and I'll get your stuff put away. How does that sound?"

Aariel smiled softly at his mate and murred happily at the kiss "thank you my prince, I might just take you up on that suggestion" he said as he kissed the angels forehead. "I just need to know where the bathroom is" he said as he cuddled his mate, glad to have him in his life.

"Come on, Follow me," Roka said, taking Aariel by the hand and leading him downstairs then out the back door. As they walked along the back porch, Roka explained, "We actually have a traditional Japanese style bathhouse on the property. It's not huge, mind you. But it does have about 7 baths."

Aariel followed his mate and squeezed his hand happily a little and listened to him, it was the first time he had ever been in a japanese bath house before so he was sort of new to this. "Oh, ok, so what do I do? Just pick a bath and get in or what?" he asked feeling slightly stupid for asking but shruged it off.

"Actually, no. You sit down on one of the little stools in there and scrub yourself down then rinse off all the soap. Then, once you're all nice and clean, you get into the hot bath and just relax," Roka told Aariel, stepping inside the bathhouse. He took the angel on a little tour, pointing out everything and explaining its purpose. "So, know what you're doing now?"

Aariel smiled at him and wrapped his arms around him "I think i understand everything perfectly, thank you my prince" he said as he kissed the rabbit softly before nuzzling him. "however it would be more fun with you" he said nibbling his ear a little before letting him go and giggled "see you soon my prince" he said as he started to do what his mate had said.

Roka stuck around for a few moments, arguing with himself whether or not he should stay and enjoy a bath with his mate. He eventually decided that he should go do what he had said he would and see to his angel's things. Sighing ruefully, the bunny plodded along back to their room and began putting away the angel's clothing.

An hour later Aariel left the bath house, he was nice and clean and wondered what his rabbit was doing. As he got inside he made his way back through the house and started up the stairs towards their room.

Roka had just finished putting away the last of Aariel's trinkets and was sitting on their futon, holding the angel's ankh. He ran his fingertips over the inscription and frowned slightly then went and put it on a shelf. Combing his fingers through his hair, the bunny looked around the room, thinking he had done a good job deciding where to put everything. He just hoped that Aariel would like the way he had arranged everything..

Aariel walked into his room a few minutes later and smiled at his mate "hey my prince, I missed you" he said as he shut the door and walked over to him and wrapped his arms around him "I love you" he said as he kissed the rabbits lips softly before nuzzling him.

"I missed you too." Roka smiled and leaned into Aariel's embrace, sighing softly as the angel kissed him. "I love you too," he whispered, shutting his eyes.

Aariel just stood there holding the rabbit with his eyes shut, he loved being in his mates arms so much, it was always so nice to just just have them wrapped around him. After a few more minutes he kissed the rabbits forehead and smiled softly at him "thank you for putting my stuff away" he said softly as he nuzzled the rabbit affectionatly.
