jashu555 Yes ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here is that Shadow Summoning technique that gave all the Nara's a little questioning, so I thought I'd post it up. Shadow Summoning Technique * Name: Kageyose no Jutsu, 影寄せの術 literally "Shadow Summoning Technique" * Type: Unknown * Users: Shikamaru Nara After capturing a target with the Shadow Imitation Technique, the user summons shadowy tendrils from their opponent's body, controlling them in the same manner as Shadow Sewing, but from the opponent's body instead of the user's. "Yose" is also a term used for the endgame move in go and shogi. Yeah, I think the big question is what's the difference between it and Shadow Gathering, they seem like exactly the same technique. Just one costs 900, the other 1000.

Shadow Gathering may not really be a technique, but actually referring to the ability of pulling all the nearby shadows into your own, increasing it's length substantially. o:

Oh, I see. When I had asked way back when I first became a Genin, I thought the official answer was they were the same technique.
As a suggestion, I wonder if the mods should include brief descriptions of what each technique does in the villages. I could help out if it made a difference.

That's what I thought too, but seeing it a different way now makes me think it was this way instead. o.o
We could, but it'd litter up the skill list, and possible go one for more than one page, which we're accustomed to.

Yeah, that's true. In that case, I suppose I should get some ambition and start re-updating that technique compendium Komen and I were working on, add in non-made-up techniques to make it a full list.

Go right ahead, the format seems simple enough, and the more the merrier. I think the first thing I'd do for it is find where Komen and I left off on the made-ups, get them all done first.

I was thinking with the deadly breathing attack you can go somewhere withoutr posting at the docks
can i use my summon and ride on it to another village without posting at the dock?
not for escapeing but for travel

i would think the docks are the travel area. no matter what method you use to transport yourself, i would think you still have to post at the docks to avoid confusion and track characters.

How do you get other shinobi weapons and such? besides the starting out kanui and shuriken and stuff.

XXX-[C]hidori[K]night-XXX How do you get other shinobi weapons and such? besides the starting out kanui and shuriken and stuff. aquire them in RP. like to use the card tricks in Hidden Magic, youll need cards to think of a way to aquire them. some items like certain named swords and armor are given out by the mods.
