A breeze. A snore.
And some light rhythmic breathings, signalling the sleep of his body near the trees.

Standing up with a smirk, stepping out after her with limber footsteps - Omi watched her begin to stretch, slid and split - before standing again, asking him a question that was met with a sheepish smile and slightly akward answer. "Ah, a little bit of everything, you know. First, some basic exercises, then I work up to bigger things."
The truth is, in front of Akako even, there was one element of his "training" he couldn't do. Not here. It'd have to be done outside the stadium, later that night, perhaps. But, quickly falling onto his back- laying against the cold, smooth floor that met his body with almost a breeze - Omi began to rapidly perform sit-ups, hands crossed behind his neck. "The basics are always good to execute and improve upon." He spoke in a considerably more heated tone, sitting up a number of times in succession and not ending the repetition.

After paying the old man for her rice ball, Baylu began to wander aimlessly. She was tired from the long trip from Lathia, but she was too excited to rest now. Her things had already been placed in her little apartment for the duration of the tournament and now she was anxious to either a) find some booze or b) meet some interesting people. In Lathia there weren't many out of the ordinary folks. Nearly everyone looked and acted the same.
Moving through the crowds of people, Baylu came to the parking lot of the building. Perhaps, someone she knew would come to this tournament. She had already chatted with her old friend, Dizzy, but the girl had things to do and people to see here, so their conversation had been short. Finding a lone curve to plop down on, Baylu unwrapped her riceball and took the first bite.

Even after waking up, Snow still found the surrounding the same, and void of any attention. With no opponents in sight, a serious training evaluation was impossible without someone to test his own strength... Then again, he's been a little agitated from the recent defeats, so relying on others to test out his own strength is a natural thing to do. Although....
He sneezed, rubbing his nose with a lone finger. "Shoot.." He muttered, cursing under his breath before skipping down the tree to land on the ground and walk back into the stadium in boredom.

Maelthorn An opponnent comes in sight! What? Really? Snow looked up with anticipation --
And groaned.
Not him......
But at least its better than none at all.
So Snow made the most simplest motto for a spar; by walking up to Mael, and saying the question in one sentence --
"Up for a spar?" He questioned.

Akako watched for a moment then dropped to the ground as well, but she seemed to have floated to get there. Her gloved hands slid behind her neck and she started to do sit-ups at the blurred speed she had used when she caught the bowls. Her breathing had a certain rhythem to it. When she came up she breathed out and on the way down she sucked air back in again. Her abs her as tight as she could get them and used that as her core.
Akako then slowed down and sat up and held it then slowly went back down. She did this for awhile and she looked like this was absolutely nothing. "I really can't wait until I am ready to fight.." She said as she was holding herself at the half-way point of coming down again.

"Ah yeah?" Omi asked as he performed his thirtieth sit-up. His "training" exercises, if one called them that, worked slow but thoroughly, to prepare for what he would normally be doing. But, once reaching the fourtieth, the mercenary turned over - and balanced onto his right arm, beginning one arm push-ups.
"I'll admit, I'm pretty excited myself. But, no use in being too eager, eh? Not until my first match, anyway." Chuckling once, he leaned into another push-up, glad to be working away the ill-groggyness that had taken him.

" Mhm. "
He takes the Nodachi from it's side and just lets it drop where he stands. He didn't know where they were, so, even if he was outside the coliseum, he ran some where else outside the coliseum.

Well...since they were, well, relatively some distance away from the stadium, Snow quirked an eyebrow in surprise before he too chucked his blades to the sideline, along with his cloak and hood.
He knelt down to a right stance, his hands mimicking the motion of preparing to unsheath an imaginary left katana....

Akako agreed and kept doing sit-ups. Coming up and holding it then slowly going back down. Once her stomach actually started to fell it she rolled over and did two arm push-ups. She did these very slowly so it would actually help her arms alot. She would have to work on her legs in a moment and her flexablity because everytime she does a muscle building workout it takes some of the flexablity she has away.
Her eyes looked determined and she kept going. She reached 40 push-ups and descided that was enough for her arms. She pulled her right leg under her and used that leg to push her whole body up. Akako's body then bent into a back bend and flipped up into a hand stand. She walked on her hands for a moment then her elbows bent and her nose nearly touched the ground. Her body launched into the air from the push of her arms and her body twisted. Akako came down on her feet again and smiled beneath the cloth. She noticed her movements were getting alot better and faster. The spin would help avade some attacks because it couldn't hit her dead on.

He just stands there. Looking awesome with his silver hair and black open kimono blowing in the wind. He narrowed his eyes at Snow, everything goes wide-screen as the camera focuses in on his hands, tensing, and curling and straightening, just like on an old western movie. No one knows why he's doing this. And neither does he.

Snow retained the usual look, but with an exception of having his entire body exposed. Usually wearing a cloak to hide or out of habit, no one really took note that Snow...
Is wearing a kendo sleeve uniform, followed by jet black pants that are oriental in design. His radiant red hair shone brightly under the filtered sunlight through the clouds, and yet, he held a cold atmosphere around his very presence.
It was then that Snow took the initiative, giving a dash towards the opponent directly as he shifts his right elbow out, as if to smash directly in contact with Mael's chest....
Or is it? His running pattern is absurd, and would most likely be referred as a light run, since he's keeping his weight on his front portion of the foot, allowing him better mobility in reaction and shifts in position.

Odd Maneuver! As Snow comes close... He jumps at him, though, not very high at all from the ground. As he advances veeery quickly on Snow, He places his right hand against Snow's elbow, and raises his left arm, elbow bent so fore-arm is facing up, palm open. Now, in unison with this thingy, since he jumped with his right foot which I didn't bother to mention earlier, he is mostly pivoted with his left side toward Snow.... Oh yeah, the unison thing. He kicks straight down at whatever leg is closest to him, most likely going to strike atop Snow's knee, or his thigh.

And though that attempt could work against Snow, Snow was already gaining momentum from his previous dash, making it so that even if he stops, the momentum will still continue to push him forward until it "bleeds" off from an opposite force.
For Mael, performing such a maneuver isn't exactly the best idea, because technically Snow is on the ground, able to adapt to changes if required. Ignoring the potential problems of Mael's right leg, Snow increased his speed and planted his right leg firmly onto the ground at the last moment as he slackened his right elbow, and literally gave Mael a football tackle to the side. By slackening the elbow, Snow would be able to let Mael get closer to him, before he overcomes Mael in midair with his force and momentum......
Because Mael was apparantly aloft in the air during that time, he wouldn't be able to shift immediately in weight, and was a sitting duck to Snow's attack. As for the leg....
If successful, from the tackle itself, Snow would be able to shift Mael's orientation and give Mael a hard ache on his right torso from the right shoulder thrust. His left hand was loosely positioned near the chest, as to retain from being attacked unexpectedly if Mael finds a way to counter Snow....
