No to all, but Lym and Lyon were on the right-ish track.
Two more guesses, people!

Well I'll make the last guess and concede defeat. Even if I get this right, you beat me by one guess.
Prince Farouche. I don't see how he fits all those clues, but he fits most of them.

You know, I'm pretty sure this one is over, so I actually won. Woots.
Anyways, it's...
WASIL!
1) It's a difficult life I lead. The poor man has to mediate Lelcar, the most politically divided city in Falena.
2) I have very good eyesight, apparently. He recognized Faroush and buddies the second they got to Lelcar, even though they were incognitio and no one else could.
3) I'm not on either side of your games. Referring to the Barows' and Godwins' scheming- he was a loyalist, and served Arshtat.
4) I couldn't save my friend. He was friends with Lord Rovere, leader of Lordlake. He tried to start a petition to save him, but I guess we all know how that turned out...
5) I persuaded the knife to help us. Volga is the Dagger Star, and Wasil got him to work together with Orok to stop Zahhak.
6) Where I am is like what I am. He's Lelcar's mediator, keeping tensions between the Godwin supporters and the Prince supporters at a low, and he also runs the central islet.
7) Not a fan of my "boss". Zahhak was pretty much running the show in Lelcar, and obviously Wasil didn't like what he was doing to the town.
cool In the end, I got a promotion! Well, sort of. He was elected as the representative of Lelcar in the new Parliament, so now he represents Lelcar nationally.
9) No one ever thanks me for all my hard work. It is a damn hard job, don't deny it, and no one ever says thank you to him.
10) For me, all politics ARE local. Once again, Lelcar.
I'm one away from the top. In Suikoden IV, there was a kid named Basil who played a spinning top minigame. Suikoden V was one game away from IV numerologically, and Basil-B=asil, asil+W= Wasil.
So, does this mean I get to go again.

QuistisTrepe19 So, does this mean I get to go again. Yes, it does. Also you should've ended that sentence with a question mark.
