If you want to use the paler hair, why not use the beautiful phoenix you have on, instead of the pale bird?

Calacie Try the background from Golden Vault? Might not be yellowy enough, but if it works you're welcome to borrow it. That was one of the items I was looking at originally!

Darkerdemons WOW! You both look gorgeous! eek redface Feeling so under-dressed now. Now that I get my desktop for one evening I thought I'd put an entry together for an avatar contest (different guild than the previous entries I submitted for contests). Any thoughts/suggestions? Team Golden Guardians and the particular theme for this entry would be either Team Spirit (dress your avatar in our team color, yellow!) or Original Hero. There are a bunch of different contest themes.  Sorry for the late reply! So far, I'm digging the avi and agree with all of Calacie's suggestions. 3nodding

Calacie If you want to use the paler hair, why not use the beautiful phoenix you have on, instead of the pale bird? That is a nice idea! I was originally trying to put the phoenix behind the bird for a fiery effect without really seeing the phoenix (will post an image). For some reason I'm really partial to the oval-like effect the wings and the scythe have. Maybe I should ignore that effect if it's not that noticeable. sweatdrop

Thornwick I'm also digging the bird on the avi on the right. How would the coat look with that? I can't see what I'm doing in the avatar dress up since there is no flash on the iPad. Do you think I should submit the final entry for hero contest or the team colours (gold/yellow) contest?
