She threw another shuriken at the target. But she was laughing so hard that it went severely off course. Landing half-heartedly in the first ring, the shuriken wavered as if unsure whether it would stick. She didn't mind though. She was still giggling violently. She only had a couple shuriken left, though. Deciding that she'd better get her butt in gear, Sumire finally straightened up. But she still giggled.

[Damn! >O All I need is 2 points! Just 2 points to make her lvl 1!]
Her concentration blown, Sumire's next shuriken landed right beside the first. "Aw..." Her face fell a little bit. "I'd better stop fooling around. Koro-sensei would tan my hide if he could see that." As if saying his name might summon him, she looked around guiltily. But no sensei popped out from behind the trees. The two of them were still quite alone. She breathed a quick sigh of relief.

Sumire grasped her last shuriken in her hand. "Ok! This one...is going to be a good one! She let the shuriken fly...right into the first ring. It landed directly beside the other two. She stuck out her tongue playfully at the target. "Ooh! And I was doing so good, too!" She plopped down on the ground again, looking up at Kioshi. "Now, come on! You have to tell me about yourself!"

Kioshi tried hard to keep up with what the girl was saying. She sure did talk alot. However, he kind of liked that. Kioshi liked to listen more than talk. He was about to say something about Myobi, but then felt the girl rubbing on his head for good luck. Kioshi turned a beat red and pulled away from the girl shyly. All the blood felt like it was rushing to his cheeks as she called him his good luck charm once again. It was amazing how fast and how much the girl could say all at once. He didn't even throw his last shuriken until Sumire took a breather. "Uhm, I think I've met your cousin before...I started out my second year at the Academy and Omi had paired us together to spar. She's really tall, isn't she?" Kioshi asked, unsure if he was thinking of the right girl. Kioshi didn't like to talk about himself, so he thought that he would bring that up first... and as he did, he threw his last shuriken. Kioshi hoped that his shuriken would hit the outer ring as well, just so Sumire wouldn't feel as bad...

Sumire nodded really fast, her face alight. "Yeah, yeah! That's her!" Her expression grew mournful as she reflected on her own height. She was almost fourteen and barely breaking five foot. Her own hopes of being a tall, strong ninja were almost surely completely hopeless. Sumire snuck a glance at Kioshi from the corner of her eye. "So...how did you do? Did you beat her?" Her voice took on a wicked excitement. She was so going to be teasing her cousin about this if the answer was what she thought it was...She watched -- in the mean time -- as Kioshi's last shuriken hit the outer ring as well. Her tone and expression was sympathetic. "Aw...that's no fun. Hey!" She grew incredulous. "Do you think that I'm sucking away all of your luck?! Wow..." She trailed off, amazed. "I'm a luck stealer..." She shook her head. "But you can't distract me! Tell me about yourself!" It was an authoritative command. [d20 + -1 Diplomacy = 10]

[I could'nt remember if Kioshi beat Myobi or not...that was so long ago...and half of the fight is gone...]
"Uhm, it was just practice," Kioshi told her. To be honest, Omi hadn't let them keep going until one fell, so there really wasn't a real winner or loser. Kioshi had thrown his last shuriken. He decided to stop and sit down on a large stump. He really didn't know what to say about himself, but the girl really wanted to know... "Well...I've lived here my entire life. I'm kind of at a loss at who all the people are here. So, much has changed since I left," Kioshi told her, scratching the back of his head. He put both hands in his hoody pocket as he watched the girl throw another shuriken. "Uhm, I like books?" he said to her, wondering if that was a good answer.

Sumire sighed, disappointed. "Oh well. It can't be helped." She listened attentively as he spoke of himself. Until he said that last part about the books. Her eyes widened then quickly resumed their normal size. But her face was wary. As if he might not be sane..."Well, that's...nice. I like pretty much everything!" She nodded her head, happily. "Just so long as I have someone to talk to. I don't like being by myself."

"Oh," Kioshi said, to her comments. Kioshi actually preferred being alone for the most part. There were occassions such as these where he didn't want to be alone, but other than that he liked sitting in his room reading books. "Are you going to take the genin exams today?" he asked Sumire, standing up once again. He was going to take the test today and supposed it was close to the time where he needed to be there. "I'm heading over to the Academy if you want to... come with me?" he asked her. To him the invitation sounded awfully cheesey. Kioshi made himself feel embarrassed and then ducked his chin down underneath the collar of his light blue sweatshirt.

Her face lit up with pleasure as she nodded vigorously. "Yep! I'm taking them, too! I just got done with Koro-sensei's survival test." Her groan was more than enough explanation. "He made it really interesting! I thought we were going to get our brains eaten by zombies...Then I thought we were just going to be eaten by lions! I like them though. Lions are really cool! And then I thought we were all going to be poisoned by whatever that gas was!" Sumire took a break to breathe. "But anyway, sure! I'd love to come with you! You lead the way!" She got to her feet with a happy bounce.

"Survival Test?" Kioshi asked as Sumire went on. He was quite amazed by what she had gone through and quite surprised that Koro made her go through all those things. Koro wasn't a cruel guy, but by the sounds of what Sumire said it sounded like he was quite the rambucious teacher. "Ok," Kioshi said as she finished and began leading the way. Sumire seemed like quite the nice girl and a real good talker. "Are you nervous for the tests?" he asked her, walking away from the training area.

Sumire nodded, skipping along behind Kioshi as the walked. "I'm a little nervous. But I think I'm ready!" She glanced at him as she walked. "Are you nervous at all? I don't think I've ever seen you around the Academy." Her brow crinkled in thought. "Where have you been, anyway?"

Shuriken
Each student will be given 10 shurikens and be placed in front of a target board. There will be 3 rings around the bullseye.
DC:
0-5 = Ring 1 (+0Exp)
6-10 = Ring 2 (+1Exp)
11-15 =Ring 3 (+2Exp)
16-20 = Bullseye (+5Exp)
[For every level, increase each DC range by 3. So if you were a level one: 3-8 = Ring 1 (+0 Exp)]
Formula: 1d20 + Attack Ranged Bonus
Train: Use all 10 shurikens up.
Experience: Add your total by what you threw.
Points: +1 Shuriken if experience total is 35 or below. +2 Shuriken if experience is 36 or above.
Put in each post:
Training Experience: (Keep adding what you hit together for your experience score.)
Shurikens: (The remainder you have left.)

Aski walked into the training fields and picked up 10 shruikens he was whistling because he was proud of his succes at the academy during Bunshin training. He aimed at the target and closed his left eye and threw with as much accuracy as possible.

He hit the one of the inner rings. It wasnt good but it was better than the outer ones. "Ok, just gotta concentrate more." he said confidently to himself. He then focused on the target taking his time and arimed carfully and threw the shuriken hopefully he would get the center ring.

He hit the outter part of the 3rd ring. He wasn't very happy because he was very close to not making it. "Hmm, i need to concentrate more." he said hoping this would work. If it didn't work he would try another method.
