She lets out a scream as it hits her one more time in the back. She dives out of the woods and into a barrel roll, she springs up to her feet and has learn now not to look back and continues to run away from that place.

He'd dropped down that weird burrow, tossed back some odd vial of liquid (that hadn't tasted that bad, actually) and now woke up in this weirdly wooded place. He wandered about, going through various trees and glimmering plant life when suddenly the ground shook and - as far as he could discern - everything went to pot.
"What the--"
When he looked around, he realized something. He was wearing bunny ears and tail...and the clothing he had on beyond those strange animalian features were some that he'd never owned in his life. But he couldn't think about that too much, there was a lot going on around him...and then.
A feeling. Shad0ws_Suck turned slowly and came face to face with a nightmare of shadows and one blazing red eye. He started to scream but it attacked and he rolled away, head spinning; the pocket card informed him that his HP had dropped from thirty to a pitiful ten and he put one hand up to touch it while struggling to his feet. One last glance nearly killed him, but he dodged and decided that staying was absolutely the stupidest thing possible - and he wasn't stupid.
Oh hell no. Shad0ws_Suck ran.

He tried to escape, but the Jabberwock - as his pocket card so kindly informed him the vicious creature was called - hit him again. Luckily, the beast threw him away from it's gnashing teeth and flashing claws, so when he got his feet under him, he was able to bolt as fast as possible.
Like a rabbit.

Even when he could only hear the Jabberwock's heavy footsteps, he didn't bother slowing down. That was just...stupid. Shad0ws_Suck shook his head a little as he ran, his lungs were already coming up short and there was a stitch in his side that was causing some grief.
But then he heard the most soothing sounds: familiar voices. They were calling to him so sweetly...promising him all sorts of things. He was tempted, very tempted...but then there was a voice that shouldn't have - couldn't have - been there and suddenly he knew:
It wasn't real.
So he kept on, knowing that at any moment the monster could appear and take a chunk out of him...or worse, kill him.

The need to find Konstantin, rather than fading with all the battles and quests to distract her, had only increased the longer Phoenix was here without him. Again and again, she sought out areas in the forest where he might have been, following false and often quite strange trails. It was at one such that she stopped to study some tracks when a sudden, racious exodus of weird wild life ran past her and the ground began to shake.
She caught her breath as silence reigned for a brief moment, and then froze as she felt it behind her. The flash of pain at the vicious bite was more than enough to set the gryphon running, if only to find a better place to evaluate the enemy, if only to find a place to stand and fight.
It caught at her again, only briefly, as if to egg her on to run still faster. Even before recruitment, Phoenix had been a hunter and never before had she felt so much the prey.

Tall and curvy with a proud bearing, Phoenix strides about in red and black Gryphon armour like it was designed just to swirl dramatically about her and emphasize how freaking majestic she is. From the name, to the cockscomb of a faux hawk, to vivid orange-red eyes, Phoenix's appearance announces: I bring the fire.
A small, stern march hare is often hopping beside or behind her.
The whole world was running and Hh was not about to be left behind for whatever they were running from. In terror he sprinted across the fields, his coat fluttering in the wind. The wocky came behind and snapped him, sapping some of his health.
The running became even more urgent.

Up ahead, there was a fork in the road: in each an item glinted brightly and with more weight than he might otherwise have thought possible in the Tulgey Woods. He tapped the card in his pocket, "Hey, what are those?"
"Scanning....scanning....done." It chirped happily at him, "Right fork contains a health potion, left fork contains a Second Chance Timer." He waited and tried to catch his breath a bit while it informed him of what each did. Apparently he was to pick one..unless it was a trap.
Shad0ws_Suck shrugged and started off down the left fork, picking up the item gingerly lest it be booby-trapped. Good news! It wasn't!
Bad news: He could still hear the monster crashing around the Woods.

Being nearly destroyed sucked! He was quite lucky to have that SECOND CHANCE TIMER on hand! What a handy little gadget that was, could he please have more?
