Once the food was put away, Dale started getting the things ready for the pie. "Let's get started with baking the pie" he said to Kei.

Dale sees happily seeing how excited his mate is to be making an apple pie. "You can help me rinse and peel the apple" he said to Kei as he opens up the bag of apples.

Kei smiled brightly. "Okay, I'll get the knifes." He walked over to the drawer, pulled out two knifes and slowly placed then on the counter beside him, not wanting to cut himself.

"I will get the strainer to put the apples in" Dale as Kei went to get the knives. He got out a big enough strainer from one of the bottom cupboards then placed it in the sink.

Kei places the knives on the counter where they would be working at. He looked at the apples and licked his lips a bit. "The apples look so yummy!"

"They will be even more yummy in the pie" Dale said. He drops the apples into the strainer then he turns on the water.

Kei smiles and watched Dale as he washes the apples.

Dale turns off the water as soon as he was finished with washing the apples. "Let's begin peeling the apples" he said picking up an apple then handing it out to Kei.
