"At least my mother knew what was wrong.... sense of justice she called it. Her signature attack is called Bell Toll, taking up her giant hammer and charging it up with a part of her soul as she strikes. Supposedly at impact the shockwave travels for miles, giving off the sound of a church bell ringing and being hit for the 13th time their lives are sent to be set upon God's judgment.... or something like that. I don't know much else other than that.... that attack alone made her a candidate to become one of Paradise's Guards. She declined once she found out about my rejection from the initiation." He looked afar, wearing a sad expression as he thought about it. "I keep on feeling like I personally got her kicked out, even though she seemed to miss the traveling to various locations across the world. Now here I am, running from home while she's stuck there, alone...."

*Eve nodded, "Perhaps after we pick up out last two memebers we can head that way and visit her. Have you called her?" She asked. She understood however to point but she mumbled to herself, "I only wish I had a mother." She took a breath as they entered a store and got a few things. In which case though once they were outside eve placed everything on the ground, "Ava I need you hold this stuff for me." The driod flew around and made some happy beeping sounds before a faint red beam shined down on the items and were suddenly matrailized into the driods data. Eve smiled as she looked to Hiyo, "I think she might enjoy some of your tails however. Telling her of you adventure so far." She noticed devevious headed over to them from one direction, and as she turned todd and marrick comeing from the other direction. Once the team was together, they moved on.

'Great, now there's a droid in the mix of using my tails like they're plushy toys.' He couldn't help to mask the though as his fox ears drooped down some as the droid did just that, now using his many tails to gently smack the rare tech away like it was a fly. 'Now that I think about it, I haven't been able to call her at all. Maybe I should...' "Hey, I'm going to make a call really quick. Be back in a sec." Packing energy into his legs, he launched into the air leaving little fissures from where he took off as he landed on a nearby rooftop and sat on the edge, pulling out his phone and dialed for home.

*Eve crossed her arms, "it's immorotant this time." Denvious moaned, whatever." Marrick chuckled, "well I gues we're after mathue next. However last i heard he's been in prizen for a while." Todd rose a brow, "what for?" Marrick chuckled, "something about stealing electicity from the powerplant or something. Nothing too major, easy bail assuming he isn't out already." eve nodded, "which prizen?" Marrick shrugged, "Obsure Prizen, it's like... ten days from here." denvious facepalmed, "we left the car behind." Marrick however chuckled and held up a remote, "I never leave my toys behind you know that." H epushed a buttion and surly enough a macanical car came rolling up to them, looking to be a converdable streached out to sit eight people. Eve put her hands together, "shotgun." Marrick pushed a buttion and the seat ejected her out of the car, "hell no you blew up the last ten."

"....Call me back when you get this. Love you." He silently cursed as he hung up the phone. He was only getting voicemail thinking she was out in town, but still couldn't help but worry until he saw the car pull up and Eve getting ejected out. He laughed loudly enough for the other recievers to hear him and jumped down, making another little crater from the impact and still surprising him about how strong he was now. "Eve, I've personally seen your driving skills and I'm telling you now that I agree with the others: You. Are. Not. Driving. If it helps, i'll be sitting next to you as far away from the steering wheel as humanly possible." Hopefully Eve would take the offer, giving the others peace of mind that she won't think of driving again with the bait dangling in front of her face. Besides, now that her girls had shrunk his survival chances from her hugs were acceptable.

*Eve smiled an hugged him, "Sold!~" She tuned as everyone got into there places and eve and hiyo were put in the back. And so the car took off. Mostly everyone was silent, Eve hugging hiyo the entre time as she happily looked out the side like she was a happy little girl on her way to a toy store. But she did at least speak, "Mathue is the next Reciver your'll meet." She explained.

"Mathue?!" The very name alone not only got his attention, but a very horrifying story came back to his attention.... It was Halloween night and Hiyo was 11, all the other kids had gone out to trick and treat but him since he felt that he 'grew out of it' and his mother was not helping. She really like the sweets he rejected (which was a lot) and wasn't going to let him skip out on the tradition of him coming back with a bucket full of candy. So she challenged the little boy; wearing his costume, which was very lifelike fox ears and tail with painted whiskers to make it look a little less realistic, he would listen to another of mother's war stories. If he wasn't scared out of the house, he could stay home while mother went out harvesting the candies. "So back in the days of gathering the remaining demon stragglers, there was one man who had recently gotten himself thrown into prison and even more recently he busted out of there. Given orders to leave the hunt to the local authorities, I chose to go against them in case he killed someone. I couldn't live with knowing that so I gave chase until finally I caught him. He didn't have any weapon on him when I beat him down, but it was rather odd with his escape. When I asked, they told me to screw off, so after a nearly sever beat down I went back to my job. They say that the man was once a receiver called Mathue and that during his time he ate little children who stayed home during Halloween night." She laughed a little as she turned away from her child. "Of course, I wouldn't know that because I never skipped out on trick or treating when I was a kid. Who knows, he could get out of prison and continue his spree of killing little boys and girls with nothing but fear. But you can be the judge of-" She heard the slamming of the door and turned to see that her son, and a jack-o-lantern bucket was gone. "...That." Since then, and to this day, he never once missed staying home on Halloween night, and before giving her the offerings he made her swear to never mention that story again. But since joining Eve he had forgotten it until she mentioned the name, making him shudder to the bone. His body went icy cold from the memory and was cradling himself to shake off the night from his head. ((Let's just say that he had a horrifying experience on an unfortunate night that time of the year XD))

Eve noticed hiyos chill, "whats wrong? You seem like you seen a ghost or something." She chuckled and held him, "your safe with me around." She looked back out, "Anyways Mathue is the Lightning Reciver. And although he's a great team person, usally pretty serious, he gets too serious, and angered easily. Basicly he has the worst temper. The only one that could ever calm him, was Denvious here." Denvious shied, "yes well we broke up since that day in age now havn't we." Eve shrugged, "bet you right now, he's still thinking of you." Todd spoke, "well we'll test it out. I just called one of my sources, as soon as he got out, he was put right back into a prizen in the next town. And get this, anger manigmet until his reliease again. no bail." Marrick laughed, "well then looks like we might as well skip the bastered." Denvious bopped him on the head, "oh yea your a team member all right!" Eve smiled, "it's simple. We'll just bust him out. For doing so, he joins us."

Let's skip him and carry on. Who's the last person on the list?" He knew for certain that his mother announces her full name and title to those she defeats, so if this Mathue person could put two and two together..... his body shivered again at the thought of what the psycho would do just for being related. "I'd rather not meet this guy, to be perfectly honest."

*Eve smiled, "Head as planned. To mathue." She chuckled and held Hiyo tightly, "don't worry your going to be perfectly safe with me, besides i'm not a pushover to him like I used to be last time I seen him. So i'm pretty sure if he gets a temper I can beat him with a temper of my own." She whispered in his ear, "i'm going to take care of you. But are you afrade because you know of him?" She rose a brow, "let me guess from a story?"
((no no the book is something i'm writing 0w0 I haven't published it yet silly XD 0w0 i'm a book writer don't you know. got 110 books so far. 5 finished, but i'm waiting to publish till later on when I have the money to publish. 0w0 i'm redoing the Recvier Eve book. I desided to add a lot of things Latly 0w0))

Yuji jr ((no no the book is something i'm writing 0w0 I haven't published it yet silly XD 0w0 i'm a book writer don't you know. got 110 books so far. 5 finished, but i'm waiting to publish till later on when I have the money to publish. 0w0 i'm redoing the Recvier Eve book. Wasn't seeing that coming, but i'm honored to have known a veteran like you ^_^)) "Yea, my mother met him once and beat him to a pulp last I heard. He knows my family name since then and i'm not sure if it's a good idea to see this guy. He doesn't hold grudges... does he?" He was relaxing a little, but the fear was still present.

*Eve chuckled softly, "no of course not. Like us, he knows only to move on... however by saying that I mean as far as he can. He's not a idot like Marrick, and he's not a idealist like Todd, but he still lives like we do. And we don't hold grudges because we've seen wars, battles, and other worlds, we've come to find that even when your on one side of something, your just as guilty as the other side." Denvious nodded, "it's why we split up. No matter who we were helping we relized we were also hurting people. There is no one side to war. Nether is right or wrong." Marrick frowned, "however kiddo Mathue was a fighter that anjoyed a challenge. Just don't challenge him is all." Eve nodded, "unless your me." Denveious shook her head, "your really annoying with that." Eve shrugged, "so far I havn't been beaten now have I?"
Not so long after the car came to a stop as the team looked at a completely destroyed town. "This is... recent." Todd replied. Marrick nodded and backed the car intot he bushes, "alright gear up." Everyone hopped out of the car without even needing the doors, each acting like trained perofessionals as eve took hiyos hand carfully, "stay low until we know what we're dealing with." Marricks drone went in first, scanning a few things and beeping to Marrick. "Alright there are still hostals, and possably some hostages." Eve nodded, "we'll do this old school boys and girls. Let the newb here see how it used to be done. Todd nodded, "alright lets roll Denvious." Marrick nodded, "i'll set up radio and move behind you." Eve took hiyo up to a high rock that streached above the towns enteryway and held out her arms, just then Ava beamed a large red and black rifle in her hands, "saw hello to my baby. My first and original Reciver weapon." She aimed into the scope quickly to see some masked guys with firearms waving some others to head to a building. "hiyo you need to be my radio. Ava, headset mode." The droid flew over to hiyo and changed alittle so that it looked more like a neat phone for hiyo to lisen into as marrick spoke, "what we got?"

XD 0w0 and I figured we would do this military stile ^^)) Hiyo was more amazed by Ava morphing like that, but shook off the feeling for another time and focused out on the field. Since he only had 8 tails and one defected tail, he was able to manage amplifying his vision to greater reaches, but could only manage to do so quickly or else be exposed to the corrupted 9th. His slitted eyes became complete as he spotted 7 footmen on the ground and 3 snipers on the roof of the building they were entering. He pulled back his vision but felt his head get hit with a bus size migraine. "Oooh, I've spotted 7 armed men going inside and 3 snipers on the roof. I didn't see any hostages, but that doesn't mean they're not there..." He cradled his head as he fought the pain from tearing his skull in half.

*The com went off with Tods voice, "alright we're move into the building through the ground. Denvious will take care of any civillions we may find and bring them to you. Eve you got the snipers?" Eve nodded, "I can take each out, but as soon as I do there will be susspition. For now go dark." Marrick's voice came in, "im in possistion aswell If things get tight I can sent in my android for cover fire." Eve looked between each of the snipers then to todd and denvious as they get to the building and looked in, before todd used his saber to quietly slice a square hole in the wall. "Clear, moving in." Denvious replied.

Once Hiyo was more stable, he observed their action and felt like he could do a bit more to help out. He looked to the snipers from the distance and finally had an idea. "Eve, I can get those guys all at once. What can Ava turn into to make a distraction?" He looked at the little device and wondered about the mystery that surrounded it.
