Nikolai chuckled a bit being called Nik, then again it would be weird if she called him Nikolai all the time. Far to formal and impersonal for them at this point. When they reached her door and she invited him in he smiled and pulled her closer to him. "hmmmm well the smart thing to do would be to leave now...." he said wiping away the wet strands of hair away from her forehead before leaning down to kiss it. "but...I haven't done many smart things today....so why start now?". he said wrapping his arm around her shoulder and taking her inside. (allright no problem. and ha ha now we're alone in your house. Suck it.)

She smiled to herself. "Okay..." she said quietly, listening, then grinning when he decided to come inside. "Sounds good to me," she said out loud as they entered her penthouse. It was nice to be home again, the layout of the room inviting. Nikolai smiled despite himself. He knew this was stupid, but honestly he didn't care. He had given up on screaming at himself, clearly it hadn't been working so far. Seeing her cuddle up with his jacket made him blush. This girl was to cute for her own good. "thank you. I appreciate the warm welcome....though I was wondering if you had anything I could dry off with?" he asked, his shirt, aswell as pretty much everything else, was dripping wet thanks to him giving up his coat. He was allready starting to unbutton his shirt as he asked, revealing his slim build, as well as a few war scars. "not that I particularly mind being wet, but I wouldn't want to make a mess" he said with a small smile. (yeah well Kairi supports Durvash/Nina. so unless you come yourself aint nothing stopping this)

Nina turned around quickly, her cheeks now burnt because of how red they were. The warmth was more than Nikolai and his coat combined could have produced. She waved her hand over her shoulder as she headed down the hallway, opening a small linen closet. "Yeah, I'll grab you a towel." She smiled at his humor, and brought him a warm, thick blue towel. Her eyes gazed over his front before she turned again, trying not to let out a little squeak. She bit her lip, trying to stay quiet. "I'll bring you a shirt if you want," she said, stopping in front of Aysen's bedroom and turning to face Nik. Nikolai noticed she was looking away from him, but didn't really understand why at first. However as he slipped his shirt off he glanced down at his bare chest and smiled in realization. "sorry. I have history in the military, so I didn't think it was a big deal" he said taking the towel and holding it up in front of himself like a curtain. He wasn't in the mentality that a man's body would be considered particularly alluring, though it made him kind of happy to see Nina looking, or in this case not looking, at him like that. As she started walking back he let out a small chuckle and began wiping himself down, finishing by drying his hair. "a shirt would definitely be nice, as much as I'd hate to intrude it would probably worse if I sat around without a shirt on" he said, censoring himself with the towel again when she turned to look at him. "what about you? you didn't get to wet did you?" he asked, a gentle smile on his face. (oh god is this gonna be like twilight were we have a team Nikolai and a Team David? because honestly I don't mind, would bring some actual legitimacy to the concept)

She walked to his dresser, dug far back in his shirt drawer, and grabbed an old dark gray v-neck t-shirt. She walked out as he asked about herself.
