Lily was still focused. She heard giggles. Then a hiccup. Lily needed to cover her ears for a moment. She heard 'Life is gooood' and then there was another hiccup. 'Max? Those hiccups are getting annoying...' Lily smelled more...oh god. Lily turned invisible, and went to Max's room. She just stayed outside of the room, not focused because then it would be louder. Lily decided something. She got out her cell phone and opened the Camera app. She set it to Video to record sound. She hit record and silently was there, phone on the floor, facedown, recording the sound from Max's room.

When she didn't hear anything else, after 'Life is good, life is great,' Lily figured Max was asleep or something. She was about to hit the button to end the recording, but then a little voice in her head went 'It would be hillarious to record her while she's asleep! TOTALLY worth it!' Lily stayed where she was, still recording.

Lily decided that was enough recording, so she stopped it and reappeared, picking up her phone. She smiled at the end. "Awww~ That's so sweet," Lily said, her voice going a little high at the end. 'Did she hear that? Am I just paranoid? Why am I asking myself this?' Lily asked herself.

Lily looked around for some Advil. She found it, and googled the right dose for a teenage girl to take of Advil. When she found the answer, she took that many out of the bottle and slid it skillfully under the door. After a moment, she took a piece of paper, ripped a bit off, and wrote: 'Your welcome. Open your door.' She slid that under the door too.

"Hi," Lily said. She quickly went on her phone and quickly got rid of all evidence that she had been recording Max sleeping. Except she didn't delete the recording itself. "When you were drinking earlier, where did you get the bottles from?" Lily asked. She wished she could record this, too, but that's obvious. "That goes for the cigarettes you smoked earlier, too," Lily said, not providing any ways of knowing how she knew Max was doing those earlier. If Max denied that she did either...well, Lily had proof.

"Because even without smelling it, I could hear you opening and closing the drawers and the stuff," Lily said. She saw that there was no way of escape now. She also saw that Max was mad. 'WHY?!' She thought to herself.

"First off, if you're pregnant, it affects the baby, and if you're a Ranger, or in general, you shouldn't!" Lily replied. Then she heard her next question. "How do you know that I did that?" Lily whispered with wide eyes. She heard Max almost yelling. She was beginning to get scared but tried not to let it show.

Lily went out the door when she was told to. She turned invisible, went into the bathroom and locked the door, and was crying. She had recorded Max because she didn't know if the others knew that she did what she did. She hadn't even been there 24 hours, and already was questioning why she was here. "Mom was right...I'm really not supposed to be a Ranger...just help them..." Lily said between tears. "I tried, Mom, I really did," Lily whispered.
