The Scyther had wiped his flames away just as he had with that vacuum like attack. Bane would then raise his paws, in front of his chest. He'd defend once more, preparing for the worst, but hoping for the best. The Heatmor stood his ground. The boy was his to protect and the Scyther threatened that bond. Nobody and nothing would break it.
Edit: I loathe this dice. Oh so much.

He didn't need to call his bluff as the Golett would move again. His hands out locks them together with one hand and the other balled up into a single fist as he brought his hands over his head as he step towards the rock bird and would bring them down quickly as he tries to send the Aerodactyl into the ground with another well placed ....pound.
It would seem that the Golett was determined to pound his opponent into submission.

Though it would seem that every step he took would bring him into the focus of a pokemon, but this one ....had no wish to fight as the Scyther lay out on the sands and sun himself. He was more interested in catching some rays then being bothered in a pokemon battle.
That was his feelings of the subject as he locks his blades behind his head.

The Scyther almost scoff at that defense. He had failed to break it the first time around ...though it had been more because of the fact that he hadn't taken the pokemon seriously. But that was about to end as he raised one blade upwards a bit to let the sun glint off of it ...as he dug one foot into the ground and then he would rocket forward.
he knew exactly what he was about to do now.
His eyes narrowed to points ....as he looked for that weakness in the Heatmor's defense. He was going to literally cut him up over this ....as he pushes off heavily ...rushing forwards. Those blades would seek those openings as he would use Quick Attack at that moment.
One slice would be aimed at the shoulder, the other, his leg, and finally the third would be a long slice through his back.

( 9 - 19 ) + ( 17 - 13 ) = -6 and...well, no damage. We'll leave it at that.With one quick beat of his wings and a push of his legs, Erion hovered in the air for a moment, the Golett passing under him as he called out "> TORO! <". He wouldn't stop there however, and he would place himself over the Golett, flapping his wings once to gain some height in the air before stopping. He dropped like a rock, wings drawn back as he got ready to swipe at the ghost with a Wing Attack the moment he made contact!

Raven would cast a fleeting glare at the Scyther. Such behaviour, be it by human or Pokemon disgusted him. Actions like those had their place, but only after intense training...and even then one should never turn down an opportunity to grow unless the truly had nothing to learn from it.
Marching forward, the boy would however otherwise ignore the Bug-Type. If it had no interest in battling him, then neither did he hold any real interest in battling it. Keeping his attention forward, the boy would do his best to make quick work out of the remainder of the beach.

The Scyther easily bounced off of the Heatmor. Neither had made a hit despite their power. This was annoying. "How is this a fight? Are we merely toying with one another?" Bane asked as he sent another Incinerate the Scythers's way. The bug wanted to learn to be a guardian? Well then time for class one!

Hands came up over his head ...as he tries to protect himself. Letting the pokemon drop ...the Aerodactyl would learn just how solidly built the Golett is despite it's ghostly half. He wouldn't do more than crack the earth with that move while the Golett himself would be perfectly alright.
This was to show just how powerfully the pokemon is ...just ...how much more evenly this battle was ...and why this pokemon was considered to the boss of this area. A smug behavior in it's every move.

If that action disgusted him he would find another problem as he reaches the beach at last. The water lapping at his boat ...as he would find that it wasn't alone ...as three kids a little older than him smiled at the floating ...boat in the water. Their eyes sparkling with mischief as the pokemon that was currently attached to the boat found itself actually being tortured as the ....boy's pikachu would send wave after ...wave of thunderbolt near the pokemon.
Striking the water and shocking ...it all in the same moment. While the other two would keep the water type from simply breaking free of it's hold and going into the water ...as his pokemon ..a grass type would wrap his vines around the pokemon holding it tight.
Then the final one ...a girl would stare at him hard ...as her own pokemon would sit at her side. A fighting type ...as it seemed that he was standing at her side as a guard to keep anyone from stopping them from what they were doing to Raven's ride to the academy.

It was as he had claimed ...a battle that had nothing to do with strength ...as the Scyther would actually seemed to be anger at those words. No matter how true they were ...they seemed at this moment to quite simply be playing with each other.
They weren't attack and charging ...but playing a game. Neither could do the damage that their hits deserved ...it was a game of death ...a dance that would eventually came to an end.
As his wings would flutter behind him in a show of stress. He was determined he would be the first to strike as he took a risk and counter-attacked then ....as he would use Vacuum wave again.

|"Pathetic" A single word spoken loud and clear, and although the boy was speaking to himself, it was clear to whom the term was directed. Looking at the gathered children, Raven, a child himself, only saw a gathering of worthless and deplorable weaklings.
Narrowing his eyes, he'd take in all he could see from the gathering. From what he could tell he was well enough prepared to take on each of them individually, but given their actions he doubted they'd be so inclined to face him one at a time.
Drawing his newly reforged sword, the boy would run one thumb closed to the blade, watching carefully as he sliced into his glove and gently nicked his thumb. It was sharper then before...good...though he wouldn't rely upon it so quickly. Replacing it on his belt, Raven would rest one hand on the hilt, and the other upon the PokeBalls at his side.
"I'd recommend stepping away from the boat if I were you" He called out, his voice a calm monotone, though the threat was clear. The fact that he was physically outnumbered didn't concern him. Bullies were all weaklings that tended to gather together. If it wasn't strength of the body they lacked, then it was of the mind or soul. Either way such an existence needed to be crushed beneath ones boot and shown how piteous they truly were.

It was the girl that would speak as she sneers at him lightly. Her Meinfoo would raised his eyes to Raven as though he was nothing but dirt beneath their feet.
"Well, lookie here ...one of the rookie seems to have a backbone. Though there is one big problem ....there is only one of you and three of us."
"So, the answer should be pretty clear ...no." "WE are team ..Legacy, and pretty much this is our beach to run how we want. And as our subordinate in all ways imaginable you should bow down in front of us and ask really nicely to leave this here boat alone."
"That or learn to swim"
The boy with the electric type pokemon would declares as he looks back at them. The Chinchou at his side would patter back upon the shore as it lay on it's belly and smiles dangerously at well. It's antenna bobbing in front of it's face.

Bane took the hit and smiled. "That's what I'm talking about! Keep it up!" he responded, knowing the fight got more serious. No more toying. His turn to attack. Tsuki called out "Incinerate, again!" The anteater nodded and spit out the fire chain at the bug once more. Yep... they were countering. (Right?)

Ada looked at him sternly, though he would ignore her judgement for once. Running up to the Golett, he drew his wing back, hissing as he countered with another Wing-Attack!

Raven would cluck his tongue slightly at the arrogant claims of the children, eyes still sharply narrowed upon the three of them. "Legacy...more like Caterpie" He stated, his eyes beginning to flicker faintly "Nothing but pathetic insects to be crushed under foot."
His movements deliberately slow, Raven would finger the Pokeball's at his side, tapping each of them one at a time "I don't imagine you even know how to fight without ganging up on your target, no less win" Again he spoke as if stating a simple and obvious fact.
Already his eyes had begun to blaze. That gaze held no fear, only disgust for the gathered human's and their Pokemon.
